Currently at Honda Cars of Aiken. Had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and it is 11:38 and my car has still not been pulled back. It is always this long of a wait every single time. I wish I had never purchased the maintenance plan.

Geri was very nice, very patient with Dennis, my disabled veteran husband.
Knowledgeable about the van. Deshawn was very nice and helpful, made us a great deal. Everyone there was nice.

My car had a recall for a fuel pump. I started to notice that my Civic was having issues almost to a point where it would not start. I called Honda Cars of Aiken and spoke to Melissa. Melissa was so friendly! She made me an apt and got me in the following week. When I dropped my car off I spoke with the service department (unfortunately I did not get his name). But he was so friendly! Even when I picked my car up at almost closing time he was so nice and energetic!
I HIGHLY recommend Honda Cars of Aiken. Their service department is top tier!
Thanks for taking care of my Civic! It now drives like a brand new car!
