“I visited the Walterboro store (#98) on 2/28 around 6:35 after leaving It's Fashion following a terrible deliver of customer service. It is proper etiquette to acknowledge customer entering your store. This did not occur when I walked through the doors at It's Fashion. I was in the store for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement or offer of assistance by the two ladies on duty, so I did not spend a dime of my money in the store. Instead I walked out and went a few doors down to Cato Fashion.The two ladies in Cato Fashions...Regina and Ally were phenomenal and exemplified A+ customer service. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Regina was courteous, friend and definitely a positive representative of the store. Her mannerism, courtesy and professional service is welcoming and inviting for customer and will definitely result in repeat customers. Cato Fashion these ladies are model employees to be commended for a job well done.The quality of the clothing is great, and because of the service rendered by these two ladies, I delightful spent more than I planned too and would recommend the store to family and friend, as well as anyone looking to spend their money in a store where your presence is acknowledged and valued. Job well done ladies. Keep up the good work!”
