Sometimes banks get bad reviews because of the people.. this is a story about great service and great employees that go an extra mile. Lisa Padgett an associate banker helped me with paperwork I needed to be completed and notorized.What a great employee you have there!Thank you ?? Lisa.!!!

Tried to open a bank account for my son. First bank account. They would not open an account for him as they were too busy. Had appointments and were full, yet no one in offices.

Tellers are prompt and helpful, no where near as helpful as other branches but the bankers is why the score is so low. You'll be waiting all day for them to stop talking to each other. No clients just bs'n with each other while people sit and wait.

I walked up to the door at 4:57 and the lady locked the door, looking right at me as she did so. I work in customer service and I get it, we all want to go home at the end of the day, but you locked me out prior to your closing business hours.

Terrible bank especially one of the employees behind the counter. Seriously what seems to be a Hater of anyone except what she is. She needs to get WOKE. Treats people of color or differences with disrespect, disdain and contempt.; Witnessed on more than one occasion. Employees name. LISA PADGETT.

Not a good branch.Out of town, l have two business accounts, long standing. I needed something faxed. As easy as it sounds. I would give No Star for No Service.

This is the worst branch of Wells Fargo I have ever dealt with. Usually banks have no issue taking your money, just giving it back. This one seems to be allergic to it. You bend over backwards to try and open an account with them, have all the paper work, and they still want to hassle you over opening it. Then the one atm the branch has in the town is always broke down. Like they took a page from McDonald's and their shake machine. I have received nothing but terrible service from this branch, it's always something here. Avoid at all costs.

Charge $10 a month for checking account and can not deposit cash money into the account without ID and being an account holder. Gave my girlfriend $100 to deposit in my account but Wells Fargo would not let her. They said it was to prevent Fraud. I called and asked what Type of fraud. Immediately switched banks, no longer charged $10 a month for checking account
