Called Wednesday and asked about a truck and the salesman said yea it's here, I said I'd come by tomorrow to check it out. Drove over an hour to get there the next day only to find out the truck now had a deposit on it. I asked when and some Guy working inside an office caught an attitude when I asked. Didn't offer to look for another truck or anything. Some friendly staff there, definitely wouldn't go back though. Will purchase elsewhere.

They leave much to be desired but my car was repaired after 4 months of waiting on a call back about the part that was supposed to be ordered. I don't have much faith in the service department.

First it took two weeks for the diagnosis. Then when they did diagnose the problem and ordered the parts, it took another two weeks for repair. They had a different car on the lift that was waiting for parts while my car already had the parts and could have been placed on the lift and repaired sooner. My car was dirty when they returned it, every other dealership I have been to would place car mat liners on the floor to keep the dirt out. I had to call often for updates on my car. Not to mention the price of the new transmission was outrageous. I have an extended warranty and I -still- had to pay over $1,600 because the labor and parts was so high priced. This visit was NOTHING like my previous visit. I understand I am not their only customer and I did not expect them to drop everything to service my car, but I did expect quicker service.

Today I came and was greeted by Paul, who was kind, he tried to help get me into a Dodge Durango unfortunately I was only appraised for 3500 for my 2016 Nissan (not by Paul) when Paul showed the average value was 4800. I was disappointed how things went after that. I just wanted a fair trade in value
I left even though I was ready to make a purchase. I don't see me coming back. I wàs disappointed how things got handled.

Our Ford Fusion transmission started acting up while on vacation. Andy at the Ford dealership took it for test drive, determined stopping and starting the car reset then shift gear knob and we were able to go on our way. We will have a more thorough diagnostic at our destination but Andy was very helpful to us in our situation. Can't thank him enough!

Andy and all the staff at Ford have always been super nice and helpful. They listen to my questions and always answer with great explanations. They go out of their way to assist with my needs of leaving my truck with them and I am able to get to work in a timely manor. Thank you to all the staff at Walterboro Ford. Car repairs are not cheap and they go over and above to do all they can.
