Put in an order through ProFlowers on Feb 8th. This florist was given the business. They called at 7:30 pm to ask if I still wanted the delivery that I ordered for Valentines Day due to the time. I said yes. Called an hour later for an update, they said they were waiting for their delivery driver to return and they’d then deliver the order for me. It’s now past 10 o’clock, and no delivery. No phone call, no answer when I call. Complete let down. Way to ruin a holiday, when you had almost a week to prepare for. I’d go anywhere else if you actually want to receive the product and honest customer service. Over $100 wasted and a let down for the intended recipient.

Thank you for putting together such a beautiful bouquet for my MIL’s birthday! Flowers arrived within about two hours after placing the order. Pretty quick! She absolutely loves them. We live out of state so the order was placed over the phone. The lady I spoke to was super friendly. Thank you all so much.

The florist, Bill especially listened and created the most beautiful casket spray, and Mom and Grandmother arrangements for our Mother. Everyone commented on their beauty and freshness. All of the other arrangements and plants that they did were also done with the same beauty. Thank you for listening and using your talent to make this day better. We will definitely be back for our florist needs.

My experience here at The Petal Palace Florist in Walterboro, SC is awesome.1995 we opened our doors in hopes that we would serve our city as an up-and-coming Florist offering everyday arrangements, wedding flowers, funnels, events and much more. In 2013 we moved into a wonderful location ........302 Ivanhoe Rd. (still here in Walterboro). Thank you, Walterboro, helping us grow.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this florist. The arrangement did not come out like the picture. I did not like the attitude of the owner. Very rude! Stay away!

Placed two orders later was called to be told one order could not be filled but for $15 more they could make something up. And second order would not be the same price as on website but more expensive. Have used them several times no idea what has changed. Update the website to actual prices and what is actually available.
