My experience at this location was outstanding because of an exceptional employee, Kemon H. I had a many questions and he was knowledgeable, patient, and listened to what I needed. Every aspect of the deal was the best I experienced. He had my new phone up and running, all the data transferred, and in perfect working condition in about 30 minutes!!! I don't know where the management finds people like Kemon but he is the reason they have earned my business. Well done!

People in this store is great but if you travel for work don't get their services it's horrible they don't really have 5G coverage everywhere unless you're in a populated area there coverage map is a complete lie stay away unless you are stay in a populated area only

On 8/9/2023 me and my wife went to the T-Mobile outlet 441F and were greeted by all the T-Mobile Employees. We were helped by Kenon Houser and he was Polite, Professional and very knowledgeable. Store 441F is now our go to T-Mobile Outlet that has the best customer service in our opinion !!!!! We Commend the Management team and it's mobile experts !!!!

They lie. Stopped in to buy a new phone as mine had bad damage and got one. Was told that I qualified for a deal several times and left thinking I got that deal. Checked my bill a few days later and come to find out that deal is only for new customers and they knew I had been with TMobile for a few years now at the store. Well I actually don't qualify for the deal. Called the store back and all they told me was that could return the phone but this is after I've already migrated everything over to it plus spent money buying a case and screen protector. Really ridiculous that all they will do is shrug their shoulders when they are the ones who messed up in the first place. I'll probably move on to another company once I pay this phone off and if I decide to come back at least then I'll qualify for some form of a deal. I get that the deal exists to attempt to incentivize people to switch carriers but why would I stay if you're only offering deals to new customers? Also if the deals are only for new customers why wouldn't I just switch carriers every couple of years?

Does this look good.I had a great experience at this T-Mobile. Sales Rep Denise was tremendous. She help me get my trade in done smoothly. She transferred all my data. She is the best T-Mobile rep. Ever. she is your girl. Will definitely be back!!

I've been a TMobile customer for years and have never had any problems. Luckily I've never had to deal with the store in Walterboro, SC
I helped a friend get a phone through assurance wireless, which is a tmobile entity. She was unable to figure how to activate her phone, and I suggested she go to t-mobile store.
She was told that they wouldn't touch the phone because it's not a tmobile device which was q lie
All we needed was to help a disabled lady activate a phone. She didn't need account information, or anything like that. She called me in tears saying she wasn't going to be able to set up the phone. I live nearby 4 hours away or I'd have it done by now
I understand that assurance is a subsidiary of tmobile but a little kindness would have gone a long way. it's stores like this thar are the reason I deal with my account online.

Spencer, Xavier, and Vince are great guys! Very helpful and friendly. T-Mobile beats out Verizon on network and price every day of the week! No contracts, no gimmicks, very straight forward, no surprises!
