Went for a full set and pedicure. They both did not look professional, will never go back there for services.
Requested style: I asked for chrome nails the polish I asked for was not in stock, the polish I chose did not look like it had chrome on it after he finished putting the powder on my nails.

I’ve frequent the Nail Spa for many years and has always received good service until recently. Even talked my husband into beginning to get his nails done, and he was pleased for a while. We had a bad experience on our last visit. First After getting there early in the morning and waiting, a lady walks in and says she has a doctor’s appointment she must go to so she needs to be seen and out by certain time. They took her before us! I ask about it from the technician as he was beginning to do my nails after she left. He was very unprofessional and had a bad attitude. Then he told me it would cost $70 for my nails while I paid $55 the last time! I questioned why! He rudely said I don’t set the charge- my boss does! I asked the owner if the rates had changed but no response. This ended up in a very unprofessional argument between the owner and the technician in their language. The owner ended up doing my nails. After two weeks my nails are chipped and look horrible! Neither my husband nor I will step foot in this place again! We’ll take our business elsewhere!

The absolute worst 5 times, I waited. Today was my last. They don't answer the phone to take appointments. However, women walks in asks for someone. She's seated in the back. 15 mins later. I'm told asked to sit in a chair.I'm waiting and waiting no where was she to be seen. Oh here she comes. Heck no, she came for a drink of water. Never said a word. I waited 5 more mins. Out of there. My daughter and i stopped here on our way out of town. One guy there was extremely rude. The woman who did my mani & pedi was not good. I noticed when she was done that she didn't even clean the basin. My nails are so thin and brittle after going here. The only good thing was the lady that did the waxing. My daughters gel nails lasted 4 days before they started lifting.

Came in on a busy Saturday morning, was greeted and signed in. Only waited maybe 10 minutes and was seated. The nail tech was a very kind gentleman who gave me a gel manicure fill-in. I am absolutely pleased with how my nails came out! The process was relaxing and the nail tech was very receptive to what I asked for. 10/10 and I will be going back!!

I came here today, I just moved here from Massachusetts. I’ve never experienced the disrespect that I did when I came to this establishment. I came in to get a full set gel and a regular pedicure with acrylic on my big toes. I was priced at $74 over the phone. When I got there, they told me I would end up paying $109 ($50 for the set, $59 for my toes). The man doing my toes had an attitude the whole time. He broke my toe nail while clipping. He refused to fix the filing after I stated nicely multiple times that they’re uneven. He looked at me and said “that’s what’s it’s going to be” and threw his hands up and supplies back into the basket. He put the slippers on my feet after painting my nails and brought me to dry them. He finished my whole “pedicure” in 15 minutes. I went to someone in the front who was then supposed to start taking care of my nails. I asked the man if he wouldn’t mind fixing the filing as the previous man had refused. The man stood up and said “I don’t think I have the capability to do your nails sorry” I asked why because all I was asking was for my nails to be done correctly as I was paying for them to be done. He then started to be rude and his tone of voice changed. I asked for polish remover to take off the polish as I was not going to pay at that point with the service I was receiving. The man who did my toes, the man who was supposed to do my nails, and another woman that was working then came over and we’re all irate. The woman was yelling at me and was roughly taking off the polish on my toes and didn’t even finish doing it. I walked out of the salon with my toes looking the way it did. When you can clearly see the polish stains on my feet and the diagonal filing and different length toe nails. The man said he needed to take a picture of me to post on the wall as I was no longer welcome. I responded with, you don’t even need to take my picture I wouldn’t come back here again anyway. I cannot believe this experience, especially the fact that I recently just moved here. Wasn’t a very warm welcome.Service: Pedicure
