Price keeps increasing. And don't be fooled by the 24 hour access sign. Unless you are a business the gate won't let you in after 9 pm. I believe I should be able to access my belongings whenever I want or have a price reduction on the rental.

Too much debris i.e. dirt, sand etc, getting under the door. Need to replace rubber/other materials at sides and top of openings

Called 4 times , each time they hung up . Kept asking personal info just to answer the question of the storage rate.

The amazing humans at Monster Self-Storage went above and beyond for me this past Sunday when I left the keys to my new unit lock 300 miles away! Rachel and the team went out of their way to make sure I could access my unit on a Sunday without making me wait until Monday! Thank you all so much for being so unbelievably kind and dedicated!!

well they do good with their U-Haul rentals and they're good with their storage buildings I rented from them for 8 years me and my mom and three years they have been really good to us we really appreciate them so if you need a storage unit or you need a U-Haul truck monster self-storage Walker's is place to get it
