“Extremely thankful to Lorraine and Sheryl (sp?) for their diligent assistance in working with me to help my uncle get his c-pap machine set up properly after his local doctor's office repeatedly messed up his orders to change his air pressure numbers. Sheryl stayed on the phone with me after hours until that doctor's office could properly confirm the order and the change was made in the system. Lorraine went above and beyond to personally ensure his machine was good, and I am very thankful for the excellent customer service!”
