Thankful to wind up at Master Tech! We broke down in Walterboro and had several businesses recommend them to us to work on our f250 diesel. They put us in contact with a towing company and within an hour our truck was towed to them. Fred offered to take us to Edisto on her way home. Can you believe that? She ended up taking us to get a rental car and off we went. Knowing that we needed the truck they diagnosed and repaired it in one day. Fast, courteous, no bull, just great service. Will use them for all of our vehicle service in the future. Thank you Fred.

Fred and the team is always very helpful. They went out of their way to help fix a minor issue that I couldn't figure out while my vehicle was in the shop for something else. Highly recommend!

A woman named Fred...im going through a Nissan cvt replacement which is stressing me out. The costomer service rep Fred, explained the whole process to me and made everything simple. She was kind and considerate of what i was going through. She told me that you can't let anything or anyone stress you out because things happen. It's just a part of life, your journey. Thanks Fred for helping me on my journey....

I had broke down on the I-95 going North in South Carolina during traffic on a Friday. Had my van towed to the closest town being Walterboro and had it dropped off at the shop. I was stressed about having to wait a whole week to get it fixed but once i talked to the shop on Monday they told me they could hopefully have it done by Wednesday before the 4th of July. Everyone at the shop was super nice and understanding! Miss Fred gave me a ride to a rental car place and waited for me while i talked to the desk and after the rental didn’t work drove me back to my hotel! She was super nice and helpful and always made sure to keep me updated! The mechanic/owner (who I unfortunately do not remember the name of because I’m horrible with names) was super helpful in helping me understand what was wrong with the van and was very punctual in his responses to any questions i had and made sure to have my van fixed at the earliest convenience which was the Wednesday before the Fourth of July (in which they would go on a four day weekend). They managed to do all this even though my van is a Mercedes and the parts are hard to come by in those areas but managed to have it shipped within a day and worked on it straight away after it arrived. I am so grateful to the staff at Master Tech and had a wonderful experience during this tough and stressful time and would recommend this shop to anyone with car trouble in the Walterboro area!

Fred has the worse customer service; disgusting attitude, nasty tone, and nonchalant attitude. She has no human relations skills and poor business acumen. She really needs a full service tuneup on her attitude!!!

I had a driveshaft replaced in my excursion a while back at Master Tech. They did a great job on it. I had taken it to a chain repair shop at first, and it sat there for 10 months without anything at all getting fixed. Once I got it over to Master Tech, they jumped right on it. These days It can be hard finding a solid repair shop, but Master Tech is one of the good ones.

Don't got here!! they literally took my starter off my car when I was only supposed to get a diagnostic for the car. Refused to give me my car back unless I paid them for something I did not tell them to do!! I said tell me what's wrong with the car and than we can go from there. I'll pay for the diagnostic but I'm not paying for y'all taking my starter out that had warrant on with a different repair shop.

I would definitely recommend this company for all your automotive needs. I drove up from Savannah Georgia to let Master Tech perform work on my truck. They installed a new transmission in my custom 1972 F100. Their attention to detail is second to none. I am 100% happy with the craftsmanship and work performed on my classic. Great job guys!!
