TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME
Super long story short:
I’m fairly new to the area and someone recommended Peedee Tires to me, but I opted for this place because they didn’t have a wait. I got a nail removed from my tire and $26 and 15 minutes later I was on my way. I was pretty pleased with that UNTIL….
The next day the same tire kept leaking air. I called them and they told me I could bring it back if I made it before they closed. I didn’t make it so I went the following day. When I got there, the guy at the counter asked me if I ran over another nail. I said no and he said we’ll be with you soon. About 10 minutes later, someone pulled the tire and the guy came in to tell me the tire was bad. I said did that happen in one day and if not, why didn’t y’all tell me that the other day when you took the mail out. He shrugged and said oh I don’t know. They didn’t even offer a refund for what they did.
I WILL NEVER RETURN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND

Got a flat in a work vehicle while out of town and budget tire got me in and fixed before they even opened. I went in at 7:41 and I drove away at 8:03. Very grateful for their work and customer service.

Popped a tire on a trip south to Florida. Budget tire was able to get me a new set of four tires which are sort of a weird size. Start to finish - I had a wonderful experience with excellent customer service on the phone and very reasonable prices. Skip all the other big name places and just go here if you need tires in Walterboro.

Are they perfect? No, but they'll treat you right and take care of you if there is a problem.

I didn’t even use this place I called and the guy who answered the phone was a complete J———SS on the phone and I hung up on him. If you cannot show your customer respect over the phone I’m sure it would be no better in person

Easily patched a tire on my wife's jeep with 37" tires when my previously used mechanic couldn't do it. Great and fast service, I'll be using this place going forward
