Just passing through thru the area and picked up a piece of metal in the tire. Put on the spare and rolled in to see if we could get it patched. They jumped right on it was able to patch it and get us on our way home. Excellent service. Highly recommend

Had a tire emergency and this place was the closest. Quick service considering how busy they were. Very friendly! If I lived in this area, they would have my business! Side note: we were almost 2 hours away from home...

I took a vehicle to Super Service yesterday to have three minor items repaired. The following day, I never received a phone call stating the work had been completed so I call them; they said all of the work was done. I picked the vehicle up, paid my bill and went home… I did not inspect the work until I got to the house. One of the three repairs that I paid for was not done at all. The other two repairs were completed however, when I open the hood, body pushpins and clips were just laying on top of the radiator, a small part was missing, and a piece of body molding was not even reinstalled close to how it should be. I took the vehicle back, and they did quickly correct the issues that were wrong, but had to order the missing part… if they had not had done this, they would’ve received only one star and not the two.
I hope that others have received better service than I did, this was my first visit to Super Service Tire & Alignment and most likely my last…I cannot recommend them.

Excellent work. I trust these people. Dont try to over charge. Dealer tried to sell me $2000 of maintenance that I didnt yet need. They identified that and then found a worn out front bearing that the dealer missed. In the end I spent less than a tenth of what the dealer wanted to charge for unnecessary work.

Didn't do what they said they did and wasted hours of my time for nothing. Takes forever to get an appointment and then they don't do what you ask. They told me I needed brakes and I took it to the dealer the next day and they said I had plenty of brakes. They have lied to me twice now.

This place is ALWAYS busy. Locally owned from what I gather. We've been using them for tire, brakes and alignment services since we moved to Walhalla about a year ago. The prices are reasonable and they stand behind their work.
There was one day I had an emergency of sorts with a burning smell in our manual transmission car. No, it wasn't the clutch, and yes, I know how to drive a stick! It was a seized brake issue. Usually, I would just walk home, but I'm having hip issues, and the owner was kind enough to drop me off at home to save me the pain of the walk. That is above and beyond and was truly appreciated!
It has that small town feel. We wish they did more than brakes, tires, and alignments!
