Recently we used Edwards Ford Body shop to repair our 2015 Tahoe. Although we live in Greenville, we decided to use Edwards because Greenville body shops were estimating 2 to 3 month waiting times for repair appointments. We were extremely happy we traveled to Westminster to complete our repairs. The shop Manager Marshall is a seasoned professional and excellent leader of the body shop. After initially showing him the car, Marshall made temporary adjustments to the SUV so we could drive and use our vehicle safely until the insurance process was completed and the required parts were ordered. This was exceptional service. Additionally, the finished product has made our SUV look almost brand new. Marshall personally inspected and required all of the work to meet his high standards. We highly recommend Edwards Ford Body Shop for anyone looking for a first class result with their vehicle. Pete

I got an internet price on a new ford from this dealership. Started the paperwork to get approval from my company and between the internet price time and the buy time the cost increased by $7000, excluding tax fees and other destination costs! Seems like bait and switch and false advertising to me. Same vehicle, same vin, same model but now they want $7000 more. I inquired as to the change. Austin referred that the discount could have included Fords retiree discount or related. This is just bs. Ford's retirees get a steeper discount. This scheme appears to simply be a bait and switch. Regardless, it's dishonest!I posted this review and would you believe it 2 reviews showed up day later. These guys are dishonest phonies.

jimmy is very friendly and has great customer service, paul is friendly as all can be and very polite. i recommend this ford dealership above all . they were honest up front about the back log of customers in cue and did a diag to set appointment for next available. highly reccomend

I've always tried buying local since I've lived in Oconee since 1982. I bought cars from both Bob Edwards and Bobby Wood for years. However the new ownership group is not the Edwards family. This not a family owned business. The experience now has very MotorMile in Greenville feel to it. Now that the this dealership is not "locally" owned I might as well go to whoever has what I want and not settle out of "local loyalty" The selection at Edwards is less than ideal as well

I bought my car here back in June. It is now November and I am still waiting for my registration to be complete. The dealer used a 3rd party vendor to handle this because of covid. While everybody has been kind, the lack of urgency regarding this is upsetting, and I would not work with them again at this point.
