“I broke down in my motorhome and while waiting for the regular roadside emergency assistance to get back to me, I found Jordon at Grants Garage in Walhalla, SC. Over the phone he offered to come to my location about 6-7 miles away and see if he could find and repair the issue onsite. He did but because it was a large diesel motorhome and the idle pulley wheel broke off, he could not make repairs onsite. But I was so impressed with his politeness, so very courteous and helpful. Being I had to wait for a towing company the next day now, he made sure that I was fine where I was, had food and such. He was super knowledgeable about diesel engines but what happened to me was beyond the normal scope of work. He even refused payment. Because of his professionalism, honesty and willingness to help me, I recommend him to anyone needing his services. Thank you Jordon so very much.”

“11/02/23Car troubles.... went right to Super Service immediately after work. Parked but didnt shut the car off bc something is wrong with my battery. I explain my problem to Sabrina, who listened patiently and kindly told me wait just a few minutes. “Found this company while frantically searching for shops to do some brake work on a Jeep. They came out on a Sunday, since I only have weekends off, finished the brake job within a couple of hours, and all was good. Called them out a second time, for removing a old vehicle in my driveway and doing a thermostat replacement on a jeep. They removed the old vehicle and came back, within a couple of days, to do the thermostat on the jeep. Despite all the planning, the job took longer than anticipated due to many different factors, (component placement, cramp space, etc ) however they were able to get it done. They were even kind enough to come back out, while the jeep was stuck in seneca, because a hose clamp and clip came loose (it happens sometimes) after the thermostat job was done. They fixed it, make sure everything was good, test drove the vehicle, and brought it back to my house since I was picked up and brought home. Would definitely recommend this company.
