Walked in and it was totally off. The vibes we received from there was rude the looks we received from the man at front desk wasn’t good at all. He looked up is up and down and it was a no from there. We will never go back there or support. We went there to get two cars not one. Lost good customers

They have nice cars but they are very rude and not understanding I had everything and got turned down no communication of the situation of what was going on or nothing I’m starting to feel as in they are picky who they choose to sale their cars too no one wanted to understand my situation.

I went in last Thursday unsure if I was gonna be able to get a car. I seen a 09 Honda Accord on their website with a down payment I could afford. I arrived and had to wait a few mins cause the office had stepped away for lunch. I went ahead and looked around the lot, and when they got back. The gentleman who asked me which car I was interested in was quick to get a copy of my license, dealer tag, and keys for me to test drive. I test drove around the block, and the car ran wonderful. I went in and everyone made it so easy for me to get into the car. I am really bad with names, but the lady who did my paperwork was wonderful. She made sure everything was explained to me, and before I left she made sure I didn’t have any questions. They also printed out a copy of my insurance card for me when I sent over the declarations pager for my paperwork. The car runs great, and I am so thankful for the staff at Charles Walker auto sales. They even gave me recommendations for me to get a 2nd key made, and where I can get oil changes done in the Union area. Thank you to everyone at Charles Walker for helping me get into the Honda.

I’m fairly new to the area and needed to replace my 14 year old car. They worked with me on finding something that I would be happy with within my budget. I didn’t feel pressured or harassed to buy something the way you tend to at dealerships. The paperwork was quick and easy and I received my tag within days. The online payments are super convenient. Overall a good experience. Would definitely recommend.
