I bought a Apple Card and opened it infront of the lady and the sticker on it took off the code and I asked the lady for a refund and she said no you have to buy another card and wouldn’t give me my money back

The employees are so busy with their personal lives and personal phones that when you go in you have to either wait for them to finish their call (which they will hold up a finger in the customers face) or try to speak while they are listening to whomever is on the other end of their personal phone call.... and because the phone is in the ear they can't hear what the customer is asking for and end up with the wrong stuff and we the customers are only gonna repeat ourselves so many times before we give up.... fix your employees pls.... as a former employee this is abhorrent....
