“We needed to rent a vehicle last minute on Thursday. Not one single car rental company in Augusta, Evans, NA, or Aiken had any availability whatsoever. We could not find a single car anywhere around! Until I said let's just try Edgefield, even though it's probably a long shot. To my dismay, when I got on the website, all of these locations state that you must give at least 48 hours notice. Well, even though I needed to rent a vehicle in an hour or possibly two, I called this Edgefield location anyways. I told the lady about our predicament. She asked if I was an Edgefield resident to which I replied in the affirmative, providing the name of the road I lived on, and they had two nice SUVs available right then! We didn't end up needing to rent a vehicle at all, however I did want to thank the lady I spoke with Thursday for being so kind and accommodating. This will be my first call from now on! Great experience!”

“Joy was very friendly and courteous. She even talked to us as if we had known one another for a long while! She was also very professional and attentive. I would recommend that this is the place to go if you are in need of a U-Haul and want to be greeted by a very friendly and JOYful face!”
