I just had such an awful experience at this UPS. The girl at the front was so rude for literally no reason. She wasn’t wearing a name tag. She has red hair, a nose ring, and has a serious attitude problem. You shouldn’t work in customer service if you’re going to ruin someone’s day just because you’re in a bad mood.

Returning AT&T equipment and the individual helping me was not friendly at all. Apparently, I wasn't in the system used for equipment returns. I stood there rather dumbfounded and then I was told it would have to be manually processed. Ok, sorry about that. I sure hope the equipment gets back to AT&T. Maybe I should use another location next time.

Sent in various items to have printed and laminated over the last 3 months with no trouble. Latest one took 5 days and me following up for them to acknowledge even receiving it. Picked it up and got a charge for me emailing it to them, plus a print fee. Never have I been charged before for emailing an item to them. Fees should be disclosed. The staff is much nicer than the owner as well.

Can't give 0 stars. I needed to print about 30 pages of private medical records. I needed to go through a stack & print certain ones, I didn't want these out of order. I was told that only the UPS employee can touch the copier, I can't touch it and he said that I can't stand there with the employee, to make sure I'm getting what I need copied. (I needed one side of some pages & both sides of others.) What? Geez, I said, I was the Corporate contact for all of the western U.S., Xerox Corp, Onnifax Division (copier and fax machine business) for 10 years, but I can't touch a UPS copier? You lost my business forever. I went to Staples, Pleasantburg Rd, where we can make our own copies & they're cheaper; no time crunch or distractions, no rude employees. Also, the Travelers Rest Library is $.10 (10 cents a copy) for black and white; much cheaper than UPS and the librarians are extremely nice. Ooo, BOTH business will let me touch their machines, all by myself; what a concept.
Folks, go somewhere else nicer, with more reasonable prices, than the Travelers Rest UPS store.
*The UPS Store (OWNER): I see your comments on people's reviews. Don't bother forwarding this to the "appropriate team". If you're the owner, YOU should be handling these negative comments & issues yourself. You're getting bad reviews, if you haven't noticed!

Staff not very friendly or patient with customers. Location is good but the parking is awful ! Not a good experience! This is the third time I’ve use this store for Amazon returns. And this is the third time that the staff wasn’t friendly.

I cannot even believe that this store shut down for the eclipse. What an inconvenience. I understand that you are trying to be inclusive so your staff is able to witness the solar eclipse, but really, close the store?! That is ridiculous. Your store is valuable and closing for an hour or more while people are trying to come to mail things and return things is just unprofessional. This UPS store is in a convenient location for those traveling from travelers rest north to North Carolina, so now that you are closed, I have to Google and find a whole other location. Just poor. I mean, you had three people sitting outside in chairs and you mean to tell me that they couldn’t go into the store for 30 seconds to help customers?!

Fast, friendly, and curtious service every time ive been. Never had a damaged or severely delayed package with UPS and i highly prefer UPS over any other shipper in the US.
