They went above and beyond to help him and for me, get an internet modem when it was easier to just quit cause ID issues. I would certainly recommend this location.”

“Marty = the best service ever! I am up in the Apple orchards of WNC and don’t have much connectivity as we are still recuperating from Helene. I have a new iPhone 16 that should give me better connectivity but couldn’t activate it so I found an AT&T store about an hr away who could help me. I chose this store because of their 4.8 rating and believe me I got 5 start service. Marty is so kind and helpful and he took care of everything to get my iPhone up and running. “Did a great job on the screen repair. Had some trouble getting in contact with them via phone and scheduling a time to get the phone fixed. They tested the screen for me before they gave it to me and the first on had problems (manufacturing issue, not their fault) and they got me a second one that had no issues and replaced it again for no additional charge. I would use them again.”

“I have issues with the service. I had explain myself 100 times. Already talk to customer service. Supervisors and intore reps. Cricket is failing to simpatise with my situation. They just want to get paid.
If you are listening cricket wireless. I'm goin on Instagram facebook. All the social media and posting about how you don't simpatise with my situation! Talk to a supervisor name yulisa. Probably a call center outside the USA. Poor customer service. They told me to wait it out”
“A lot of places in town SAY they'll repair your electronics...but TT Wireless is the only place that DID repair my devices. I had two kind of oddball devices that both had broken charging ports - and he fixed them both!! This is the only shop in town that I've found will actually solder parts - he does microsoldering and it looks like he can source non-standard pieces. He does so much more than phones, and his prices are fair. Highly recommend this shop.”

“I went to T mobile in Cherry Dale 12/ 8/ 2025 horrible customer service no one acknowledged yiu when you come in sat there for 30 mins no one said anything so we left. We We went to Mauldin Tmobile 12/9/ 2025 was the exact same thing no acknowledged us when we walk in the store We sat for about 30 mins Some ladies came in they acknowledged them and said they would be with them so we got up and left and drove to Augusta street Tmobile amazing customer service soon as we walked in we were welcomed in the store Everyone spoke and went above and beyond to find what we needed. “We’ve done business with Parker since 2020 when we needed stronger internet so I could teach online during Covid. We ditched our dish and bought a tower which has been great for video conferencing as well as video streaming. We eventually fired Verizon and their rising prices and poor customer service and have been very happy with both our internet and cell phone service. We get service in the most rural areas!! We’ve regrettably throw away loads of money to Verizon. We have had no issues with the service and reasonable rates at Cell Point!! Thank you Parker!!!”
