“June 10th 2024 my dad and I went to AT&T at around 3 PM EST. The crowd levels only consisted of about 2 other people being assisted by a store representative and in total three store reps had been in there. We stayed for about 1 1/2 hours setting our phones up and whilst doing so people would come in and take care of what they needed to do rather quickly! The store is also very spacious which is nice! The store representatives absolutely know what they are doing 100%
Lexi helped my dad and I! I just have to say Lexi did a fantastic job and seriously helped us out with every thing we needed and what we had questions on! From the plan, to setting the phones up, to transferring plans she did it all! Lexi 100% knows exactly what she is doing and though the process from specifically my phone took over an hour and the watch took a while she had been very patient and ready for pretty much everything! Overall I am absolutely happy with my experience and I have nothing bad to say at all about this AT&T store! Not even kidding the experience had been so smooth and very straightforward!
As far as the case I am so happy with it and love the way it looks! I believe I may not purchase another case and just stick with this one:) I also want to shout out to Lexi for that as well!!

“Both Rob & Saun at this location were wonderful. My device overheated during the weekend. Saun explained the process of how it works, how I'm able to get it repaired with my insurance with Asurion and how simple the process would be. I told him after he gave me my assessment of the phone what the Apple store said as well, and they both said the same thing.
Rob the next day helped me with the process of Asurion and went above and beyond to help me as the insurance company was not helpful, even called the company and helped me file my claim. Rob went ABOVE and beyond.
I cannot say enough things about Rob and Saun.”
