Very rude employees and very inconsistent pricing even on duplicate items, one may be $5 and another exact same item may be $10 and they won’t adjust it and are rude to you when you ask why. Response is “I don’t price them and I won’t change it”. Happens often not the first time. Just this store, other stores like the downtown and Wade Hampton locations are consistently priced and are not rude to you and often will correct the mistake in the price or even cut a deal with you if you buy more items, that’s how thrift stores should operate.

Miracle Hill is a thrift store so sometimes you find things and I can always get a book cheap there ! They have everything ! Tuesdays is senior discount day and they have a card for purchasing over 10 dollars and then you get a discount after it’s full .

I’ve been part of a contributing community to this store since it opened. If you’re looking for gratitude from this bunch, good luck. Shanna, Nancy, Pam, and George are who I’m talking about in this review. In the last year or so the managers have increased prices on some items to where the prices are beyond what some of the items cost new. They said they’re Google-image searching and setting the price at 75% of what it costs new! Or searching eBay for something similar and setting the price that way. They have items way-overpriced so that if you really want or need the item you have to pay too much. The store literally has 100’s of bric-brac or furniture that has been there for months because people refuse to pay!To my concerns I was told 1. I didn’t have to shop there, 2. They don’t have time for this, 3. Threatened with trespassing warning, and 4. Belligerent, mocking responses to my concerns and gaslighting me loudly in front of other customers.I will never donate another item to any Miracle Hill, nor shop there. It’s laughable that they never once stopped to consider what I was telling them. This is the most expensive thrift store with too high prices that I’ve ever shopped at.

I wouldn't recommend this store because the prices are higher than what I see anywhere. It's the current management at the store. When I notified miracle hill corporate I was threatened with a no trespassing. No problem. You don't my donations or my money. Bye.

This store is very hit-or-miss. They have a lot of quality clothing items, and when they have sales, it's great. However, without sales, this is the most expensive thrift store I've ever been to. They often have new furniture pieces (like the bedside table in the photo), but they're insanely expensive. I'm sure the "retail value" from whatever store it initially came from was even more expensive, but it makes me question who they're trying to cater to. Thrift stores shouldn't be catering to rich people who have no issue purchasing a $90 night stand. The cashiers are also pretty slow and they usually only have 1 or 2 working at a time. On the plus side, the store is well organized and feels clean, but the cons outweigh the pros a majority of the time.

PLEASE READ !!!!!!!!Well I’m sad so to say that I’m leaving such a low review, normally everyone in there is super nice and welcoming always telling about the word.Ever since my mom has been “let go” let’s all face it she wasn’t let go nor did she go on retirement, bless her soul if she hadn’t gotten fired she would’ve been working there until her early 60s. She loved her job and the people she worked with and we even worked for one of there group homes and lived in there houses. She enjoyed working, never meant harm to anyone a very loving Christian women who is dedicated to living for Christ and only Christ. There was only one person who made it difficult for her but she never ever complained about her, she would tell my siblings and I that it was an opportunity for loving that person, and that she respects them.Ever since my mom has been working and gotten a new position in her job, this person was out to get her, I remember praying for this person, wanting to be apart of this persons life for the better and hoping god would change them for the better. They did eventually lighten up and Bible studies we’re going on and the lord was in the place. My mom was doing her job as any normal human being would do (she had autism but she never let it get her or In her way)She would come home tired from working and with her back aching, but always left time for her kids and making dinner. We loved the kids in our home and did our best to help them succeed on what they wanted.(STORY OF WHY SHE GOT FIRED)My parents were planning on going to a Bible camp with some kids and my siblings so that they could teach the word, we were all excited and ready to go. We realized that it was to expensive and we would rather just stay in our local area for the Bible study. So my mom didn’t think to much of saying she was changing the location of the Bible study, and even when we changed it we didn’t change the Bible study hours or and didn’t miss a day. Well my mom talks to that person and talks about how it’s at our church instead of at the other place, and a conversation went down. My mom then told her bosses that she had changed her location for the place but still was doing tue curriculum. The week she came back, the day she walked in. She got fired. Because of a location change, I have evidence and proof of what we did and the Bible study in general.Nothing in there handbook states that what she did was wrong. She was falsely accused of something and the truth isn’t coming outPlease pray that this case can be figured out!Repost this and share with others!!

Large variety of different things unlike some of the other thrift stores. Lots of furniture of all different kinds from beds to couches to dining room tables with chairs. Large clothing selection and a lot of times clothing still has original tags on it or is an excellent condition. Handbags, shoes, and dresses as well. Sometimes I can even find musical instruments. The only reason I don't give them a 5 star rating is because a lot of items do end up overpriced for a thrift store. I've seen things I could buy brand new from a store for maybe $5 more. Overall I enjoy shopping here!
