Can somebody please walk down the dog food aisle and tell me why you can smell rotting animal(s) before you even get to it? Obviously there is a mouse or rat problem but I have been smelling that odor for over a month now and no one who works there does anything about it. The smell is now traveling to the neighboring aisles. I know they can smell that and also the canned dog food has dried mouse droppings on top.I used to love this store so much and now it has become so gross that I just can't shop there anymore. Please do not buy your dog food there with all the mouse droppings and the smell of rotting animal carcasses. There are too many other stores competing for your business for this kind of issue to be the norm for a grocery store. I never give a bad review but I have to warn people and if you don't believe me, please, just walk down the dog food aisle, you will understand why I had to leave this review.

Atmosphere is clean and staff are super friendly and helpful. Their bakery and produce were all fresh and delicious. I took home a cake and a variety of fruits! Definitely would recommend for and grocery needs to friends and family!

I've always liked Ingles. You can find things you can't at Walmart.

In town to help a buddy. Looking for an item that I couldn't find, an employee stopped his task to help me in another section. Cashier was very nice, too. I dont get this treatment at my store at home (not Ingles at home).

Great store, fresh produce. Love their salad bar and hot bar. Unique selection of items throughout the store. Cashiers talk on their cellphone/bluetooth.

Upon my visit to Ingles, I've had the displeasure of interacting with a buggy boy named Kazier, whose demeanor was far from the professional and courteous standard one would expect. Kazier's approach to his duties was not only unenthusiastic but also outright rude. He handled the shopping carts carelessly, often causing inconvenience to shoppers by blocking the aisles or leaving carts scattered across the parking lot.
When approached for assistance, Kazier's responses were curt and his tone was abrasive, leaving many customers, including myself, feeling unwelcome. His lack of regard for customer service tarnished the otherwise friendly atmosphere of Ingles.
It's disheartening to see such behavior from an employee, as it can significantly affect the store's reputation and the shopping experience. I hope that Ingles management will address this issue promptly, ensuring that all employees, especially those in customer-facing roles like Kazier, are properly trained to uphold the company's standards of service and respect towards customers.

Ingles never has the items they have on sale in stock, and always make sure to check that the price rings up correctly. Ingles is well known for charging more than the sticker price.

Wish the sushi would ever be out at 11. Only one lane was open at 11 also which is just crazy.

Well-stocked store. Fyi- they do not have double seated shopping carts here for anyone coming with more than one young kid.
