Went out of their way to help me when one of my radiator hoses broke. When they for me back on the road they also helped an elderly lady that pulled in as I was pulling out before resuming their duties.

An hour into a day trip to TN, our car started making strange noises and we had smoke under the hood. The owner was quick to help us identify the problem with our minivan.
