“I needed to grab an item for my teen daughter to take to a gift exchange, so I decided to duck in because I was in the area. It was a wonderful experience from the time Pat greeted me and helped guide me to some good options to the time Shelley helped me with my final selection and wrapped it for me.The photo is after I did a revamp of the wrapping because I decided to add something later, but what they did looked great. Complimentary wrapping services are always a nice touch for those of us who seem to consistently be in a hurry!I will definitely add Kate Carlyle to my list of favorite gift boutiques based on their selection and friendly, welcoming atmosphere!”
“I love the store. Great variety. My only complaint is their rewards program. It isn't very friendly to those of us who don't live in the area. I don't know if I've managed to actually use any of the rewards I've earned. That being said, staff is friendly and always willing to help. Selection is great. We keep going back.”

“I get my watches fixed here. They install batteries for $5 each. They have all kinds of loose beads to create your own jewelry watches necklaces earrings family owned customer service is unbelievably wonderful I would highly recommend a stop in the shop if it's just to look around and browse”

“This is a super cool store in the Haywood mall. If you are a n*** in any capacity, you will probably love this store. They have merchandise (clothes, toys, pins, jewelry) in a wide variety of themes. From Harry Potter to the most obscure video game series, they seem to have everything. I would highly recommend checking this store out if you get the chance, plan on spending at least 30 mins in there. You will get SO distracted.”
