James with First Nations Home Mortgage was absolutely fantastic to work with! From the start he was friendly, responsive, and always took the time to explain anything I didn't quite understand. As a first time homebuyer, everything about the process seemed daunting, but James was always great at explaining what to expect and made everything a lot simpler. Extremely knowledgeable and always professional, Jim was a much needed and important asset in going through the long and complicated process of getting a mortgage. Always patient, courteous, and willing to take the time to explain all the things I needed to know in the level of detail I needed, he returned calls and emails promptly and spent all the time I needed making sure I understood each step along the way. Highly intelligent, but able to explain concepts in terms I could understand, Jim walked me through every step carefully. I felt very confident about his guidance and suggestions and got a rate I appreciate very much.
