I give one star for the employee who was professional even though I was cussing. For enterprise, how the heck can you repermand someone for something they done almost 20 years ago! Ya'll would not rent me a car because I got a dui... when I was 20, I am now 38. With no more driving history no insurance clames or anything! They wouldn't even pull my record or talk to my insurance company! It's sad that you can base a dission on something that happened almost 20 years ago.

Insurance is paying for my rental thru 3/26 yet they have posted almost $ 700 in charges to my bank card. I’ve been calling for over a week and there is no voicemail and no one answers the phone. I called the toll free number and they are of no help and refer me back to the location. I searched online and they are closed at 12:30 pm on a Monday? This is ridiculous. Second time in two years this has happened where Enterprise charges me AND the insurance company. No accountability. I will never do business with them again. Pay a fee bucks more and go with Hertz or Avis. To neither have email nor voicemail in 2021 is unacceptable. They will fight disputed charges even with proof of payment from insurance. Be sure to lock your cc if required for insurance rentals or you will be sorry. Guess I will try corporate again (gave up after 30 minute hold time last week)

Drove from Greer because enterprise said to pick up here. Did not have a car for us. Told us Greer had one and gave us number instead of calling for us. Not very friendly.

I love Enterprise Rent-A-Car their friend takes about 5 minutes do the paperwork and everything and you're on your way he wore a mask and they do the social distancing thing it was a real good

I made a reservation online early in the week to pick up a car at 4:00 pm. I arrived at 3:30 and when I told them I had a reservation to pick a car up here they looked at me like I was crazy and said they did not have any cars to rent out. I gave them my reservation number and they told me I could drive to Mauldin and get a car, but the office closed at 4:00 pm. There was no way for me to make it in time before the office closed. I was told the next best thing they could do was go the next day at 8:00 am to get a car. I had already made plans to be on my trip by this time. I was offered no further assistance and left the office and had to call customer service. The best that customer service could offer was to send me all the way across the county to the airport since that office was open until midnight. I had to scramble and make new arrangements to get a ride over there and then they tried to charge me even more because the airport is a “premium location”. I finally got them to go back to the original rate, and when I got to my car I found it absolutely filthy. There is mud all over the front of the car and the windows have so many streaks I’m going to have to clean them myself. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had trying to rent a car. I never got a phone call or email or anything else to say my reservation couldn’t be fulfilled. I would strongly discourage anyone from ever relying on this company for your transportation needs. You simply can not rely on this place and would be much better off chancing it with any other company. Absolutely terrible service.

Made a reservation for 5:30pm. The app, map, and Costco travel reservation clearly stated that this branch closed at 6:00pm. Went to pick up the vehicle at 5:40pm and was told the branch closes at 5:00pm and they can’t help me. Even got a little defensive when I mentioned that the online presence said they close at 6:00pm. Very disappointed in the service and will not be using Enterprise any time soon. I would take your business elsewhere.
