We use TRAH for boarding and veterinary and always love their loving, caring and professional service. My dog is so excited to see everyone. Grooming is very precise and veterinarian service is very thorough.

Beautiful building, be prepared to pay for it !Most suggestive selling we have ever experienced, think finance office at a car dealership. Front desk help is not warm at all. We finally went elsewhere. We are very happy with our new vet. Cannont recommend.

I am visiting relatives in TR and my dog needed to see a vet. A local friend recommended TR Animal Hospital saying all the vets there are great. They fit us in on short notice. The staff were kind and professional. The vet we saw, Dr Hunt, provided us with great care for the problem my dog was experiencing, was very observant of his overall general health, and gave me good information. I found her to be a wealth of information on a topic I thought I knew a lot about already, and all that was just in a short visit. When I got to my sister's home there was even a message on my phone with resources for more info on a topic we discussed about my dog's health! To me, that is outstanding service and clear evidence that this is a business that truly cares. If we lived in this area I would not hesitate to make them my dog's regular vet and am so glad I have someone I trust and can contact if we ever need vet care while visiting again.

My dogs had been patients for a few years. Last year my dog tested negative for heartworm, and has been on Simparica for a year. In Feb she tested positive. When I asked, 'how?' The answer was, 'I don't know.' When she was taking doxycycline before her treatment, and was having trouble urinating and again I asked, 'why?' The answer was again, 'I don't know. That will be $286.' After her first round of treatment, they sent her home to me with 3 prescriptions, no release instructions and no follow up phone call for the days following. After her next treatment, they sent me home with incomplete medications, and overcharged me by $300. When I asked 'why?' The answer once again was, 'I don't know.' They are negligent, inconsistent and overcharge. As admitted by their front office staff and office manager. Don't bring your fur babies here.

I am new to the area and was in need of a vet. My cat is quite skittish and is normally very anxious at the vet. The staff is kind and professional, they care about the animals and their human companions. I was pleasantly surprised that they could do all of Milo's labs in house, they even checked us out in the exam room. Dr. Will took a lot of time doing a thorough exam. Milo was so relaxed he took a nap while we waited for his results. I am so happy I found them.

We were on vacation and needed a vet for our dog. The office was very accommodating and got our dog in to see a vet. Dr. Bryant Phillips was great and helped us with our dog. Very grateful to all the staff.

We have had the pleasure of having our sweet Maddie dog taken care of by Dr. Bryant and staff for the past 4 years. Today was a devastating day for because we had to say goodbye to our sweet baby after 14 years. Dr. Bryant and staff took care of us and we can't say enough about the new facility and special comfortable private room they now have for times like these. Set up more like a mini living room and they allowed Maddie to remain on the comfy couch with us on her towel for the first few minutes of the process. We were able to stay with her until the end. Thank you Cleveland for everything!

Relieved to find a great vet so close to home. I had two cats with eye infections. The receptionist Tanya worked us in to a very busy schedule. Thank you. The vet tech Lucas was professional and personable. And Dr Jennifer took the time to examine and strategize with us about long-term health plans for our Smitty. Wonderful experience.
