“5-stars for two reasons. First is Rondle's competence. He knows RAM transmissions and the challenges associated with 68RFE on the 2500's. He has experience dealing with slipping overdrive clutches and can upgrade the transmission with aftermarket system. Second. He took on my truck even though he was in the middle of moving his shop. I was in from out of town visiting my daughter and had no way to get back across the country with a failing transmission. His good nature got the best of him and at great inconvenience he took on a 4-day job. Thank you Rondle! I've now driven across country with the transmission. It is fantastic!”
“Good shop but I wish they told me they use a third party alignment shop before I went with them.
They subcontract to Ivey’s Alignment which is right down the road. They did a quick toe and go alignment, all measurements are barely on the threshold, may as well have not done an alignment at all. It’s not a bad alignment, just not what I’d prefer for the work. Could have gotten deeper into thresholds a bit.
Tires from Alan’s are good though.”
