I just want to share my experience with Palmetto Equine. Recently I was looking to buy a horse in SC (I’m out of state) and they worked with me to set up a PPE. Unfortunately the horse was sold before my schedule visit and PPE, but Nancy at PEVS was so nice and helpful with all of my questions. The customer service I experienced was exemplary and genuine. I highly recommend them based on that alone.

The staff at Palmetto Equine have been wonderful for our horses. They just recently visited us very quickly when one of our horses clicked, and their on-going care has been top notch. From the staff at the office to the vets and techs in the field, this is one of the best veterinary offices around!

The vets were very thorough in diagnosing my minis' lameness. They spent a couple of hours with her doing the recommended tests and took great care of her. Their fee was very reasonable considering the time that was spent on her. Highly recommend.

The WORST VET I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Told me my horse was pregnant with twins, while I was just getting her examined. It was 2 cysts. Also won’t let you go to the back with your horse. Another time, they told me my horse had a broken bone when it was a visual bone chip that had been there for years. Will NEVER go back!

I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am for palmetto equine. I am over an hour away with no vets willing to come out at 9pm. I called Dr.Tracey she listened to my panic and suggested I get her to the clinic. We arrived at 11pm. My girl went right with her and her technician (I wish I would have gotten her name) and seemed to feel safe with them. My mare had sand colic and ended up staying two nights, Dr. Tracey was in constant contact with me providing updates via text and phone. She made a whole new plan for my girl upon returning home and two days later she and her team are still checking up on us. I highly recommend as a new “horse at home” mom. Thank you for saving my girl. ?
