After going up there three different times telling them I hadn’t received my packages I was told I don’t know I don’t deliver mail ? Absolute worst Post Office I’ve ever had to deal with!

Complete trash. Everyone needs to be fired and post office needs all new management and employees. Dumbest and laziest people on earth. 9/10 times a package is being delivered by them they deliver it somewhere else and say “oops can’t be recovered”. They obviously don’t know how to read since they have 0 issue bringing the mail. Wouldn’t surprise me if they steal packages. Open a P.O. Box somewhere else, you’re better off.

I ONLY give it one star because you cannot go lower. This is the most incompetent LAZY employees that have ever worked for the post office. They either DON’T know how to do their jobs which I totally believe they don’t know how to use the computer system. OR they they Put in the LEAST amount of effort to do their JOB. They don’t know how to even look up a postal code. It is so ridiculous that they hire folks like this. Come on TIMMONSVILLE DO BETTER

I don't understand how their employees can constantly lie say I've requested my packages from Amazon be held at office for pickup. I order from Amazon so it comes to me!! I've been a address since January and have had nothing but problems getting my mail!

I’m only putting one star because I have to. This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. A week ago, my mailbox was ripped out of the ground during a car accident, and I didn’t get a new one put up until today. I had an Amazon order coming today, and got a notification that the “customer requested package be held at the facility” I called to ask if I could pick it up, and the lady asked me what my address was. I told her, and asked if my husband could pick up the package for me. She asked if he had an ID with our address on it. I told her his ID doesn’t have our new address yet, and I don’t have an ID at all. She rudely says “I don’t understand why you don’t have an ID”, like it’s any of her business. A few hours later, my uncle goes to the post office because his ID has the right address, and not only does he not get asked for ID, they say they don’t have any packages for our address, which is a lie. Now my order says that a reschedule request has been received. How can you reschedule my delivery if you don’t have my package? This post office is a joke. They are as rude as it gets, and incredibly unprofessional. She’s lucky I didn’t get her name because I’d file a complaint against her.

Been missing mail for over a month . Offer no resolution. I was told the courier said he was doing his job but he lied ! Even my neighbor said her mail is missing and she's getting other people mail. This is ridiculous.

The staff there have always been friendly and helpful. It's much better than dealing with the lines and often rude clerks at the main post office in Florence.

I just called up there about a package that I should have gotten Saturday. This is the second time I have called about this package. Well it is now Wednesday still have not got my package as of yet the woman that answers the phone at the front desk she is nasty She needs a new attitude.
