This is the only place I go for my eye care needs. Dr. Brown has been really great. She answered all my questions. The doctor's tech is great and has always been sweet when I come in. Went in today for a re-check because I can't see great at night. Discovered I have a bit of dry eye and strain from having a lot of digital screen time. She gave me some medicated eyedrops to see if it helps before I get new glasses, and didn't charge me for anything. A very pleasant experience.

Terrible. They open at 9:30a. Appointment is at 9:30a. Front desk is calling us at 9:27a saying we are late! We were in the parking lot and walked in at 9:28a and she was nothing but RUDE. Saying we were late and rushing is through the paperwork. To finish it off they pointed is next door for glasses which is illegal. You can take your prescription anywhere!

5 out of 5 rating. So friendly so helpful and made the visit so comfortable. I have never had contacts but have wanted to try they were so helpful and understanding and now I can leave my glasses at home. Thank you so much. Great service highly recommend!

With years ofophthalmologist visits this was hands down the best experience. Both the assistant and Dr. Brown were so kind and knowledgeable in answering my questions. Dr. Brown fitted me for contacts. She listened to my past experiences with contacts and how I always had a issue with my contacts irritating my eyes. I never understood how other people could wear contacts all day with no complaints when with me after 2-3 hours all I could think about was getting them out. The contacts she paired me with have been amazing! I wear them all day and I completely forget I have them in. No dryness, no irritation I cant feel them in at all. I felt very welcomed even with my 7 year old who was allowed to sit in the lobby. Will definitely return for all future visits.

I saw Dr. Brown near the end of January. At that time I didn't want to do my contract exam because my eyes were super dry. Dr. Brown told me that I could come back in within 30 days to get the exam done for $40. She said she would note it in my chart. Well my son got sick with the corna virus near the end of Feb. I didn't want to spread this to the staff. I called and was told I can still do it afterwards. But as we all know the world kinda shut down for a few months. I called to make my appointment and all of a sudden there was no record of what she said. Ive been packing to move so I can't find my copy of the detailed receipt and her note of the contact agreement. This is not the 1st time something has happened with this location. The staff is very rude with trying to help. Its like why work with the public if your going to be rude. I work in a doctor's office all day. I understand the job I applied for and it requires great customer service. Too bad it's not required here . Guess I will be finding a new eye doctor for me and my family. I will never refer another person to this office either. This is why the ratings for this location is low. The office manager needs to read the comments and fix the problems..

As a first-time new patient who had made an appointment yesterday, they called me today and threatened to charge me $25 if I didn't show for my appointment. I asked how they would do that since they don't have my home address, SS#, etc. They then invited me to provide the information to them so they could bill me. What?!! :p I'll go here when there are no other local options...or when hell freezes over...whichever comes first.

This doctors office is the best in Tega Cay/Fort Mill! We love Dr. Jerge and his staff, they are so great and patient with my whole family!
