As it was our first time using an architect, we didn’t know what to expect. Lou was patient, efficient, detailed and highly professional during every step. He listened to our suggestions and made his part of our home addition completely stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with Mamaro Residential Design.

Louis is absolutely amazing at his job. He told us everything we need to know, made suggestions to better our designs and answered all the ridiculous questions I came up with having zero design skill or imagination. He was respectful, worked within the budget we set forth and made the entire process enjoyable. The astronomical amount of changes/adjustments made to the design led us to exactly what we were envisioning. I feel the cost from start to finish was very fair and he is now my go to for all future renovation designs and hopefully a custom house. I highly recommend Mamaro Residential Design! Thank you!

Our experience with Mamaro Residential Design was excellent. Lou was very hands on from the beginning and well beyond the end of the design. We had a basic idea of our remodel wishes, but once Lou began the process it took shape at a much higher level than we imagined. Throughout the process we had thoughts and ideas that Lou addressed professionally and appropriately. Additionally if it was a good idea, he incorporated it with ease, but if it was not a good idea or fit, he took the time to explain why or provided an alternate. We are just getting started with the construction and are excited to see the end results. Photos will be added once we are further along!!

Lou met all of our needs promptly and efficiently. We are extremely grateful for his expertise and guidance through our project. We remodeled our 3-car garage into a beautiful guesthouse on the lake. His design has given us function with the entire space. We can now sleep 6 people comfortably, with a kitchenette, bathroom, huge entertainment area, an exercise room, storage areas, balcony viewing the lake, and we still have a 2-car complete garage/shop. I think my favorite part is the entrance design as it matches the main house perfectly. Lou is a true professional. He gave us advice, insight, vision, and honesty. Every bit of his drawings were used by our contractor and subs. The project would not have been mastered as well without his work. He communicated with us through the entire job, and afterward making sure we were completely happy. I highly recommend Lou and MAMARO Residential Design. We will definitely call on him in the future.

We worked with Lou for an addition on our home. It was a wonderful experience. He worked quickly, provided all the edits and changes without hesitation and helped us make the best choices for our addition. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Lou Salvador was very helpful to us in redesigning and replacing a dated kitchen that has an awkward footprint to start with. Lou worked with us to design a very workable space within the footprint, allowing us to avoid the huge expense of blowing out walls and expanding the foundation. He patiently went through a number of iterations with us, incorporating our thoughts and ideas. He is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Lou Salvador with Mamaro Residential Design helped us develop a new elevation for our home which was in dire need of an update. Lou worked with us very closely, listening to all of our wants and needs and then working with us to implement them into the design. His insights into design, materials and costs really helped us shape our project into something we absolutely loved. He is not afraid to make recommendations on something we may not have been thinking of which just enhanced the design that much more. One of the best things about Lou is his communication, he is always in constant contact and working directly with us to improve the design through each call or email. Lou is also very upfront about his fees and timelines and was always right on with both.

I cant say enough good things about Lou Salvador and Mamaro Residential Design. He has been top notch in every step the process for our designing our new addition. He is very easy to communicate with, responds to inquiries quickly and he was able to take my ideas and transform them to paper to make them a reality. He has made this step of the process very enjoyable and pain-free. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a residential designer.
