“Being only the second European grocery store that I'm familiar with I was really happy to find this location. Compared to the other store on Central avenue this location has about three times the stock and it's much more current items. They offer some really unique central European delights and if you are a pierogi lover like me, this location is definitely going to be your new Mecca. They have pierogies and nearly every flavor by multiple manufacturers.”
“I was thrilled to find a Publix while driving to Virginia from South Carolina. I can always find a vegetarian option in the deli. The falafel sandwich is super delicious. I know the staff hates making it because it takes so long.”

“It is a regular ritual to start grocery shopping at Aldi. If it isn't there, we go elsewhere for that particular item. Aldi has their own house brands that are comparable in quality but at a price advantage. Haven't steered wrong with Aldi.”

“I was saved by the Deli manager today in getting an order for subs done. I stopped by the Gold Hill store friday around noon and the catering lady told me that they were very busy because of graduation and a sub order couldn’t be complete until after 1 . I called the Rock Hill store and the Deli manager said he could hook me up. And he did! Cudo’s to the deli manager for saving my birthday party!”

Plus awesome ready to go and custom order department's like the DELI with fresh custom made sandwiches THE BAKERY selling cookies, muffins and bread. They also sell special occasion cakes , Fresh cut meats, seafood and SUSHI. Publix is also the place to go for your every day staples: Milk, Dairy, Eggs and Bread, newspapers and greeting cards. All of this in a local style store that is always stocked with the products rhe neighborhood needs.”

“Upon family request, on Xmas I was asked if I could do a Arroz con Gandules (Puerto Rican). Compare FS was one of the very few “anything” open in the Charlotte area. Being out of state (Georgia), I was surprised of the very good Caribbean/Central/South American variety of products they have shelf stable and fresh. The staff was kind and helpful, the prices were a little lower than what I get back home. I recommend and when I go back, I would definitely shop there again.”
“Aldi's is my go to grocery store now. I did a couple of price comparisons on items other grocery stores and Aldi's had in common and I found Aldi's always had lower prices (10-25 percent lower).No issues with finding parking, and the staff is very helpful and pleasant if needed.”

“Love the deals. Loves the staff. Always very clean and they usually have everything I need! If they are running a sale and they are out of an item you can get a rain check for that item and purchase it at the sale price when the product is restocked. Harris teeter has everything you need, a bakery, deli, pharmacy, Starbucks, Flouriest, gas points and more. Highly recommend shopping here!”

“I just want to say that Ms. Sheila has a heart of gold! She may not think that she did much for my family and I, but what she didn't know was everything that life has thrown at me for the past couple months. She didn't ask any questions or try to just fix a mistake and get me out the door. She simply acted with pure kindness, regardless of why I came back in with questions on my grocery bill. When I left that store, I quickly realized that there are still GREAT people with BIG hearts in this world. The understanding and kindness that she showed me without knowing all of my personal details was something that you don't experience very often anymore in this crazy world! As I was ready to just give up and take my business elsewhere (because I typically shop at Walmart), after being a customer of Ms. Sheila's (and because of HER), I will ABSOLUTELY be a Food Lion shopper from here on out! Thank you, Ms. Sheila for being the good that we all wish to see in this world. Your genuine compassion and understanding turned a very stressful experience into a very positive one!”
“Nice store, clean but crowded, especially in the produce section. Staff was friendly and attentive. Prices were normal but expensive. The downside was the terrible parking lot full of pot holes filled with water that you step in getting in and out of your car. The slanted lanes were confusing as well. Shame. It takes away what could be a very nice grocery store.”

“The store is conveniently located and offers a huge selection of products for every taste and budget - from household appliances and electronics to food and household goods. I especially liked:
• ? Variety of products - I found everything I needed, including fresh products, high-quality household appliances and useful little things for the home.
• ? Cleanliness and order - the sales area was neat, the products were laid out properly, and the shelves were not empty.
• ?? Polite staff - the employees quickly answered questions, helped me find the right product and suggested the best options.
• ? Fast and convenient checkout - there were no long lines at the checkout, everything happened instantly, plus when paying by card or through the app - no problems.
• ? Promotions and low prices - I was pleasantly surprised by the great deals and discounts that really saved my budget.
