“I love this place! Tried the RuthaMea Chicken sandwich today and it was delicious!! Chick-fil-A got nothing on RuthaMea. That chicken was seasoned to perfection with their special sauce, pickles and Cole slaw on the side- unbelievable! And it was not just a dry peice of breast meat. It was tender, juicy and made to order. You betta go get you some”
“This is a local Latin market with wonderful staff. Variety of grocery items, fresh produce, meat counter, and hot food available. We enjoyed some tacos and tamales this weekend. The mural painted on the side of the building is beautiful too.”

“Oh boy oh boy, where do I even begin. When I first walked into Food Lion, the dazzling array of goods and services shined like a gleaming star. As I walked in further, I couldn't help but notice that the walkways were paved with 24 karat gold! Later in our trip, we were offered a free luxury tour of the stores facilities, which consisted of a private airport hangar, water park, and professional bacon grease manufacturing plant! As we gathered all of our belongings, we realized we forgot one thing. We went back into the isles only to be greeted by the Mr.Food Lion himself! He offered to pay for all of our food and give us a 1% stake in the company's private "fun powder" smuggling business! We then went to the checkout, where all the cashiers and front-end employees gathered in front of us and performed a disney-musical style show! They tap danced and twirled, ending the show with a food lion confetti cannon! We then left the store with smiles on our faces hoping to return soon. Only complaint is that the bathrooms were unsanitary. 5/5!”
“By far the best Food Lion Ever!!! I've been meaning to write this review because it's very IMPORTANT people know they can trust the people around them!! Well at this Food Lion huh definitely can!! I don't live in this neighborhood but I stopped by to send a Western Union, was in a hurry like always, and the Western Union kept messing up but finally the Food Lion employee was able to get it to go thru.. I left out in an even bigger rush because the Western Union took longer than expected..... Well me being me, I left my whole WALLET behind with all my rent money in it plus some other cash and low & behold I came back as quick as possible once I noticed & the store was already closed but I was able to get an employee's attention thru the window, they asked me color if the wallet & then when she brought it out she asked me my name to match the ID & handed over my whole life in the wallet!! I literally started crying because the whole way there my mind was racing with all these different scenarios as to what was gonna happen, I just knew my money was gonna be gone if not everything & I was to say the most luckiest person ever right then!! Thanks you Employee's of Food Lion on Ebenezer Rd in Rock Hill!!”

“Aldi's is my go to grocery store now. I did a couple of price comparisons on items other grocery stores and Aldi's had in common and I found Aldi's always had lower prices (10-25 percent lower).No issues with finding parking, and the staff is very helpful and pleasant if needed.”
“Just like the Polish delis I grew up with in the Northeast and the only one of its kind in Charlotte. Great selection of authentic meats, pastries, and homemade meals. Friendly staff. Love coming here for my nostalgic Polish snacks and other staples I can't get anywhere else. Glad to see they're expanding to a larger location – powodzenia! xx”
“I was thrilled to find a Publix while driving to Virginia from South Carolina. I can always find a vegetarian option in the deli. The falafel sandwich is super delicious. I know the staff hates making it because it takes so long.”

“We had a long wait... came during lunch and our orders got mixed up in the rush. Some items were prepared before others so by the time we got our complete order, the burgers and fries were cold. The burgers are handmade but without a press had shrunken to half the size of the bun. The honey hot sauce was runny. The chili on the hot dog or the slaw was too sweet. The onion rings were good. Overall, the food was good and we would try other items. The pork chop someone ordered looked big and tasty.”

“I was saved by the Deli manager today in getting an order for subs done. I stopped by the Gold Hill store friday around noon and the catering lady told me that they were very busy because of graduation and a sub order couldn’t be complete until after 1 . I called the Rock Hill store and the Deli manager said he could hook me up. And he did! Cudo’s to the deli manager for saving my birthday party!”
“Love this place. They have a case full of beautiful food, including fried chicken, egg rolls, and corn dogs, and food cooked to order, also there are plenty of drinks to choose from.”

“The store is clean and every time I go it’s fully stocked.
Employees seem happier compare to other grocery stores, because they are actually polite and greet you when you walk in.
Self checkout is available and there’s a person helping the cashier packing the groceries to make everything faster and easier for everyone.
I ordered a cake from the bakery and it was pretty delicious and the decoration was very cute. Their cakes are actually worth it.
Plenty of parking space available.”
“I have all great things to say about food Lion on Mount gallant road there is a manager there by the name of Brandon he has been so kind and caring to me he knows I have a hearing problem and I'm a little disabled. He will go out of his way to help others also. This is the reason I stay at this particular food Lion my name is Veronica most people know me as the laundry lady”

“Excellent selection of produce and they have a lot of old time things that are very hard to find these days. They have old timey salsas, jellies and jams, and a lot of specialty meats that a lot of people today are not even aware of.”
“Nice store, clean but crowded, especially in the produce section. Staff was friendly and attentive. Prices were normal but expensive. The downside was the terrible parking lot full of pot holes filled with water that you step in getting in and out of your car. The slanted lanes were confusing as well. Shame. It takes away what could be a very nice grocery store.”

“I just want to say that Ms. Sheila has a heart of gold! She may not think that she did much for my family and I, but what she didn't know was everything that life has thrown at me for the past couple months. She didn't ask any questions or try to just fix a mistake and get me out the door. She simply acted with pure kindness, regardless of why I came back in with questions on my grocery bill. When I left that store, I quickly realized that there are still GREAT people with BIG hearts in this world. The understanding and kindness that she showed me without knowing all of my personal details was something that you don't experience very often anymore in this crazy world! As I was ready to just give up and take my business elsewhere (because I typically shop at Walmart), after being a customer of Ms. Sheila's (and because of HER), I will ABSOLUTELY be a Food Lion shopper from here on out! “For me, a clean and welcoming store. Variety is good on most items and if you aren't too picky about your diet, this store may not be a bad idea. There are some general seasonal items around the store and most are in middle aisles towards the back. I had noticed a few aisles were being changed; what was on the right is now on left and vice versa.Selection was limited on frozen lunches and cat wet food needs so do think of alternatives. It has expanded so if you need sheba wet food portions, there are some there.”

“I go to Food Lion because they have fresh produce & just about anything else you need to feed your family & pets. They have a circular available at the front of the store that gives you all the sales & deals as well as the opportunity to sign up for the Food Lion card to get extra savings & extra coupons at the kiosk at the front.”
