Excellent customer service! This store goes above and beyond for their customers. I placed a same day order but the delivery driver had already left for the day. The rep called me and said she would make sure it was delivered, and she did! Highly recommend this store!

I have purchased many items from this location along with receiving some as gifts. The customer service is excellent and the products are always fresh. The appearance of the fruit is beautiful. Everything is in place and the taste is delicious. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Unfortunately I didn't get the delivery drivers name, however he was extremely rude and had very little answers. I requested a second attempt be made he denied and stated it would have to be the following day, I advised him unfortunately that wouldn't work so I requested a refund. He then went on to state at this time he can no longer answer any questions I would have to take it up with a GM and that she would call me--the GM never called. So essentially I paid for a service that was never delivered.

Think twice before you order from this location!! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Wednesday for a birthday. The delivery didn’t happen until Thursday and when I asked why, it was because of the weather. It only rained and had stopped by noon! I asked the store to have a manager call me and also emailed to speak with a manager but, I never received a call or even an email in return!! This is a very poorly run business and I would definitely not recommend them nor will I be using them in the future!

Received my Valentine's day strawberries...the delivery person left them on my front porch.Who the heck leaves food outside on the ground? I promise this will be the last time we ever order from this establishment PERIOD. If I could leave no stars I would.

I worked one day and was harassed about doing my job. I was never paid for the hours I worked! I’ve text both Chris the store manager and Jude the store owner and was ignored. This is no way to conduct business.

I placed my order online in the morning and I still could not get confirmation of delivery at 5:30 pm online and by phone AND once I did end up calling my family member (which completely ruined the surprise), I found out the delivery was INCOMPLETE - one of the items didn’t get delivered… I wasn’t called by this location (TEGA CAY SC) with any type of explanation or apology, I would say if you order or buy here, you’re definitely taking a chance on not getting good service and/or communication.
