I had the best experience at this store and have been recommending them to all of my friends. I recently went in needing advice and the lady with the glasses was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping answer all of my questions. I was pleasantly surprised at their huge selection of disposables and juice as well.She helped me find exactly what I wanted and will be making this my go-to store from now on. Highly recommend checking them out!

Friendly, knowledgeable people that have consistently provided excellent service each time I've gone in. They have a good selection of vaping devices and tobacco products that should satisfy most, if not all, your nicotine needs.

Absolutely terrible experience with this store. The brunette with the glasses has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in a professional environment. She recommended a flavor and said it was the “exact” same when it tasted nothing like it… I bought what SHE recommended because she acted like she knew what she was doing. The vape tasted NOTHING like the flavor I get regularly. I know what it’s supposed to taste like. I obviously complained because it WAS NOT THE FLAVOR. She argued and offered me 10% off if I buy a different vape. Ridiculous solution considering she told me it was the same vape lol. She literally said “I don’t Have to help you with anything”, and I am shocked with her attitude. She bragged about the store being open for nine years and HER working there for 7 years. Guess what… No one cares how long you’ve worked there! You are supposed to care about your customers because you wouldn’t have a job without our sales. I relocated here recently and have shopped there weekly For six months…I will never go back in there! RUDEST PEOPLE EVER! And the other employee was sitting on a laptop doing nothing to help the situation and they actually YELLED AT ME TO GET OUT OF THE STORE! Obviously this place doesn’t need my business. Again, I am stunned. Terrible customer service. Do not waste your money here because you’ll be treated a lot better somewhere else. Perhaps they should remember Vape stores are everywhere and we do not have to choose them.

Love this place, always getting in new and different product to try. The gentleman with the beard is Very knowledgeable about all the delta products! Then on the other end the girl with glasses and the other younger guy that work there are extremely helpful when it comes to knowing about the 1000 + vapes they sell.

I'm changing my review.The bald guy with the white beard said he and I quote, "was gonna BEAT MY ASS" because I touched his vape. (Sounds a little over the top doesn't it? But it happened)I went in there to buy a new vape, juice and a disposable for my mom. I was courteous, and had got there first, before 2 customers came in and I stood there patiently at the vapes and told him he could help them.The scenario went exactly like this: I stood there looking at the vapes and saw a vape sitting on the end of the counter, on my side, it looked like one I wanted so I picked it up to look at it, and while ringing a customer up he stopped what he was doing, came over, got in my face and yelled at me, something like "don't touch what's not yours" and "how would you like it if someone came in your house and touched your stuff". When it's not even HIS store. I know this, because he's told me it's not before.I may look like a kid in person, but I'm not, I'm 27 and I'm not gonna let someone talk to me like that and let this slide. And he knows me anyways. But yet he treated and scolded me like a child.I told him I was sorry but he was really pissed for honestly no good reason. He never accepted my apology, and said things like "How am I supposed to hit this now after you had your hands all over my mouthpiece" and I responded that I never touched the mouthpiece, and I didn't. I literally just looked at.Then after he's done with the customer, he marches over to me all red in the face and wide eyed and said, "WHAT DO YOU WANT."He wasn't calming down, and I kept saying I was sorry, (I'm a polite person and I get flustered, but I know how to control my anger), and he said something about how "you're lucky I didn't beat your ass". And I just said, "ok, I'm not buying here". And here's the Kicker, he then immediately says, "Thats probably a good idea." And starts picking up my stuff to put it back. And as I'm leaving I say I'm sorry again, firmly, but he's still pissed and muttering to himself, "Piece of shit".And he can deny it all he wants but he said that under his breath a few times.So I guess be careful what you touch or say in "HIS house" lol or he might "Beat your ass".Vape Pro has just officially lost a customer for Life. I'm never going back there again. That man is never in a good mood. But I'm an easy going person, and it's close so I dealt with it.There is a Vape Shop right across the street that has now gained a new customer called Wade Hampton Tobacco and Vapor. The lady there is very welcoming and much nicer. I guess I should thank the the guy lol.He is honestly a Detriment to that business. People WILL start looking elsewhere and the shops are popping up all around it, with much more selection. And I would advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere and think twice before giving them your business until something is done about that man. The other workers are just fine.I had to stop and write this immediately so I could remember word for word what he said to me. This happened less than 10 mins ago on May 22, 2022.I hope you get reprimanded. You don't talk to customers like that, no matter what they did. It's not YOUR house. It's a place of business that you don't own. But I guess you feel entitled enough to think so.I wish you would've hit me and see where that lead you. What gave you the bright idea it was ok to threaten customers, for ANY reason? But the words you said to me were uncalled for, for anyone and especially toward a long term customer like myself.This man doesn't deserve anyone's business.Good Luck.

Love this place they are so helpful on everything you have questions on. If they don't have what your looking for, they will get it or tell you where you can find it. Now that's customer service!

All depends on who is working when you go in. I come into town to visit family regularly. This is the closest shop to the in-laws residence and the first one I found. I had a great experience on Thursday with a young gentlemen who was happy to answer my questions and I did not feel rushed at all.I went back again today and was unfortunately welcomed with a much different experience. The employee working was very rude and short with me after asking simple questions because they did not have my usual product. Sorry to say, I will not be returning as there are multiple options within a 5 mile radius.I understand we all have issues and they could have been having a bad day, but I am sad to say, this is a customer service business and I was failed today. Retail business will rise and fall in competition like this when customers are treated as such.
