“We got the BEST, excellent, customer service oriented and personal attention from the Pharmacy associates especially Ms. Heather of Publix super Mart for more than 5 + yrs now. We are spending time w/family in Texas for an extended time and realized our prescriptions are getting low. Pelham Family Medical (PRISMA) rejected our request to refill our Rx here in Texas. in short we got some problems. Heather and the pharmacy at Kroger in Prosper, Texas did everything they can to facilitate the transfer of our prescription. Thank you Kroger and Publix for the needed supply. Of course, Publix customer service people have unwanted issues and it depends on WHO is on the floor. A. Carandang January 18, 2024”

“Always a great store to shop in. Usually has a decent stock on sale/BOGO items. The meat department has been willing to order items that they don't typically carry that I need for raw feeding my dog. The bakery has some of the best cakes out there, for a grocery store. Very happy with the friendliness of the employees from cashiers to management. The store has always very clean and tidy. I do feel like they could have more cashiers but, for now, they're still much better than wal-mart.”
