“Robert's awesome, deserves better out of his store employees, like honesty and honor maybe...but Robert also deserves to thrive so stop in. They offer a million services and do a decent job. I hold them to a higher moral standard than they could ever clear, even remotely, but they do good work. Got rid of the most efficient and the only honest guy they had but, that's not your deal.
Just, if they offer what you need, then here's the place to go.”

This UPS Store is very conveniently located?. It is family owned, and Mike, Chris, and Christy are always a joy to work with, they are always very friendly and kind. Everyone is welcomed in upon entry, they are always kind, professional, & knowledgeable, and service is always very quick even during very busy times including the holidays. This store is always clean and organized and they offer lots of services to meet your needs. For instance, they do invitations, they sell shipping supplies, you can fax, scan, & copy, they have post office boxes as well, and if you need to return/ship things to manufacturers or stores (Amazon, Spectrum, etc.) or pick something up from there (UPS Access Point), come to this location. The aforementioned are only a few of the things they offer. I have been in picking up or shipping things out and there would be a line but the line always moved very quickly, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped and I’m always in and out in less than 10 minutes even when I’ve shipped lots of packages and cards or had to finish a printing project. Plus they work as a team. They are right across from the park in Hollingsworth park. They always go that extra mile to help customers.”
“Most of the time I come to this UPS store I work with a guy named Caleb. Caleb is extraordinary! He's always friendly, always helpful, and always gets the job done. One time I messed up the order and Caleb just smiled, said it's ok, then fixed the issue... that's it. No drama, no "come back tomorrow", no extra charge for my screw up, just old school customer service. Caleb is great and should be recognized and commended for it. Please keep this man around!”
“Estes notified me prior to delivery to schedule a time convenient for me. The delivery driver was friendly and very professional although it was extremely hot that day. He made sure the package was on my porch and put where I wanted it. Great manners as well ❤️”
“I love this place. Everything I've printed through them for our organization has been of high quality - and it's been done quickly. They service fees are more then reasonable, and I appreciate that they don't charge crazy "rush" fees to make an extra dollar if they know they have time to complete a project in a few days.
