I would like to say that the Customer Service employee at Store #632 in Taylors, SC named Martha was very rude. She was not only rude to the employee, she was also rude to me.
The employee made an error in stating that I had a digital coupon, when I went to the app, it was not present. She asked Martha if she could assist since she errored. Martha was very rude in her tone and demeanor and was not willing to make an exception. Even if Martha could have done nothing, she could have been nicer to the cashier and me, the customer. The cashier was very apologetic, and very polite about the situation.
I went to the Service desk and told Martha she was rude with the cashier, and that she could have done something to assist. I must say she was rude to me and said my name is Martha. As I was leaving the store, another customer overheard the conversation and said that they have personally witnessed Martha being mean and rude to the employees as well as customers.
I can assure you, this is not the customer service you would expect from Publix. I will not visit that location again if that is the service that I will receive from the likes of “Martha”.
Martha does not need to be at the Service Center with that kind of attitude.

Always a great store to shop in. Usually has a decent stock on sale/BOGO items. The meat department has been willing to order items that they don't typically carry that I need for raw feeding my dog. The bakery has some of the best cakes out there, for a grocery store. Very happy with the friendliness of the employees from cashiers to management. The store has always very clean and tidy. I do feel like they could have more cashiers but, for now, they're still much better than wal-mart.

Publix is always the "go-to" store, especially for fresh fruit, veggies, and, of course, deli meat. We were here on vacation from South Carolina, and I know we shopped at this store every day while we were here. The cashiers were super friendly, and the other customers were friendly as well. The shopping carts were well kept, and unlike some stores, antibacterial wipes were available. The store was super clean, and the shelves were fully stocked. We couldn't find butterball turkey burgers, but one of the workers suggested Wahl turkey burgers, which were amazing! Kudos for that suggestion! Thank you for being so welcoming!

Publix is my favorite grocery store (and I get my flu shot there every fall). Their pharmacy keeps good records and lets my doctor's office know when I've had an immunization. Their produce is great, and we like their house brand of breakfast cereals and several other things. Their bakery makes the best apple pie in town! And the crust never gets soggy. :). Their oranges, bananas, and green grapes are fresh and delicious. The employees are always helpful.

This is my local Publix and my go-to grocery store. I wanted to provide an honest review from a long time shopper at this location (5+ years).
It is generally a fairly clean and well-stocked location, the prices and weekly sale items are generally good. Like most Publix stores the checkout experience is unmatched. They do have self checkout but it’s rarely a wait for checking out with a catchier. The checkout experience is my primary reason for shopping at Publix.
That said, there are three areas that are so abysmal I am considering a switch.
1. The deli - come on guys. It is always dirty, tje slicers stay gross and crusty, and don’t get me started on the common state of the sub counter. Does nobody in the deli have the time or inclination to wipe down?
2. The Pharmacy - also comically untidy.
3. The meat department - the beef especially is always sub-par. I don’t know if that’s a supplier issue or what but Publix literally has the worst meat in the area bar-none. The real crime here though is the butchery. Want steaks? Good luck getting two of the same thickness. Heck good luck getting a single steak that doesn’t taper one direction or the other. I honestly don’t even know how that happens. How can a steak slant from 1 inch to 1/2 half inch across its WIDTH. crazy.
Anyway, I mostly don't buy meat here, I NEVER buy from the deli, and I use the pharmacy out of complacency.
