Terrible customer service and cannot explain what they are charging for.
I just had a car looked at here and they charged over $400 for doing nothing to the car. The receptionist that charged the card was extremely rude and could not explain anything that was being charged. She attempted to tell me that the person that I needed to speak to was not there and hung up on me. After calling back, a man named Bobby answered the phone with an unpleasant attitude before I had even said anything. When I asked for the manager, Bobby said I could speak to him. When I asked Bobby what his position was he proceeded to ask me if it mattered and as I was telling him yes because I’d like to speak to a manager, he began yelling on the phone and said I could not keep calling. I had only called twice and was spoken to very rudely and was given no answers to my questions.

The owner also owns Affordable Auto on Hampton. He attempts to turn his techs into indentured servants by getting them hooked on cash handouts and renting houses to them. Anyone who screws his own employees is unlikely to have your best interests in mind. Don’t become a statistic…there are plenty of honest people doing auto repair.

On the mark automotive, the best auto shop to send your automobile to for repairs. Nothing but A1 service. They’re very professional & does great work. They throughly check your vehicle. I’m very pleased and my vehicle will always go to them for repairs. Check them out, thank me later lol….UPDATE I was referring to randy owens, great guy, excellent mechanic, lately I’ve been trying to call them, secretary takes my name and number 4 days in a row but no call back and I made each call in the morning, finally talked to someone and he cuts me off while I’m talking, getting smart when I asked him can I finish my sentence, because he was cutting me off, he then hung up on me, I had an oil change scheduled for this Friday and now I will take my car somewhere else, especially because randy is not there anymore, hope you guys have a better experience than I did, my car will not go back to on the mark!!!

Not very good at telling the truth. I normally do my own work at home on all my vehicles I've never had to take my vehicle to a shop for any kind of work done except for this one time needed a power steering belt installed it was a little tricky, I thought maybe they knew something I didn't, bviously they didn't know more than I did about the belt installation. The mechanic was not honest with me he didn't tell me how he damaged the belt all I was told is that he shredded it and my question is how do you shred a belt when there's no torque or high rpms involved? My wife asked to speak with a manager the receptionist said that she ran the place . I kind of don't believe that ! No one would explain to me how the belt was shredded.all I wanted was to have my power steering belt installed and it turns into a fiasco . Now my vehicle is making a noise that never had before and the mechanic drove the vehicle he knew how quit the vehicle sounded I don't know he did or what happened . Is there any honesty left in the world?

While fixing your car they rigged other parts so you will be back soon for more service and pay more I took my Mercedes-Benz there they stole my medallion off of my hood they took one of my good tires and put on a used tire if you really value your car please do not take it there

"If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it's a duck"the "mechanic" or parts changer. Left bolts out. Vehicle didn't even make it 4 blocks. Always blaming new parts or the way it is driven. The same thing has broken over 5 times and they still could not fix. Been in shop for over 3 months total. Had given all kinds of money to get fixed with no results then was told to take my car to a different mechanic and they still expected me to pay for things they don't even know how to do or did. The first time I had a sub system stolen out of my car and windows left down causing the window buttons to rust, told me to make a complaint at affordable auto and not with them.Probably the worst parts changer I had ever used. I have used mechanics everywhere and have never left less than a 5 star review. Leaves a real bad reputation for the honest mechanics with families to feed trying to make a living.Service: Transmission
