Went in today and this midget was in there and acted as if he didn't even want to help off the rip. Like when u come inside the store, u suppose to be greeted properly and ask to pull up my account etc. It was none of that just a "ugh what does these people want look!" N barely even wanted to help. I felt the vibes and I feel that is so rude don't make the customers feel weird!!! Tf

My phone completely broke. Came to change my number to an old phone we had temporarily to replace my broken one. The gentalman working helped and was super kind. Thank you metro for having her at staff. I belive his name is Raymond Gonzalez .He was great ,friendly and efficient.

This store needs to be shut down and cameras watched they put money in their pockets! They also change your service date without you asking and when you call and complain starr the manager says she didn’t do no such thing but the text messages don’t lie from 611!! They also will tell you that such and such is free like a tablet but then they sneak the service and add it to your line my phone bill is due today when it ain’t even been a whole month and I just paid 98$ and some change the 22nd so how do I owe 78$ and some change today when my phone bill has been due the 19th of every month! Another thing is my boyfriend phone bill was paid the 15th and his is already cut off as well! This ain’t no whole month of service and now my phone bill about to be cut off now! I’ve tried to get the dde numbers I’ve called 611 and they try to get me to pay money I don’t have for their employees mistakes! I’ve been with metro over 2 years and have never had this much trouble ever! I wouldn’t even give this store one star they deserve none! And another thing when I went to go get me a new phone Chris the manager who was filling in for Starr was on the phone with dde and they were talking about how the money was coming up missing and it’s not their nowhere to be shown in sight and also when you walk in the store Starr be on the phone with whoever talking nasty stuff she shouldn’t be talking about much less be otp with her family and friends when she has a customer that is absolutely absurd I’ve been a manager you put your customer first! I get they need to make commission but they still get a regular paycheck as well they get paid hourly and every week! And one more thing she bragged that she is approved for the Acp program more than once and puts whatever discount she wants because she is the manager and says there is more than 5 people on her account and her bill for December was $ 4 and some change! But yet my bill is still absolutely ridiculous and my Acp has still yet to be taken out of my bill the 30$ it takes out so if someone can get back to me as soon as possible thankyou very much- tamlyn young!!!Y’all have a Blessed day and night

This location is awesome., I seen a previous review saying 1 star for no heat,. I’m pretty those sweet sales people don’t like the heat either but it’s not their fault I’mPretty sure, but they have always been professional and nice when I come to this location,

I would give zero stars if I could to this location. Save your gas and time and just go somewhere else. Every time I have tried to come during posted hours, the door is locked, lights on, and no one inside. If you wait around for a long time, someone might pull up in a car, unlock the door, red eyed and clearly stoned and try to help you. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!! And don't bother calling because they don't answer and the mailbox is full. CORPORATE NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED AND DO BETTER!!!!

Do not go to any other Metro PCS location!! The Taylors location and team will take care of you way better than the other Upstate locations. They also don't add on any unnecessary fees, like the Greer location does. They went above and beyond to get 2 specific phones for us. Tamia, Jocelyn and Zach were all phenomenal and very knowledgeable and accommodating.
