“The reason I gave them a 5 star is because there were some hiccups with our order, but a gentleman named Travis was absolutely amazing. Here was very understanding, patient and diligent at making everything right. It Would’ve been a huge mess and definitely more stressful without his help. Also, the products they have a really nice and the quality is very good. They work very hard.”

I walked in to inquire about making an appointment to get ears pierced and was surprised that they were willing and able to do it then. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the policy. I had just purchased a ring set from them and didn’t like my rings constantly moving (less than a week of wearing them) and decided I wanted to “mold them” together. Apparently that’s an additional service, I would’ve thought this would be included in the life service they’d offer.
Overall, definitely recommend, just wish this was something that would’ve been included.”
