Heros use to be the best quality car wash for the money. The last several times we have taken our cars and trucks, we purchase the $18 feature. It leaves dirt around the lower edges and never cleans and shines the tires anymore. When you complain...they hand you a bottle of what looks like Elmer's glue and so thick it won't spray or mist your tires. It just streams and splashes back on your rims and paint. I'm done with this car wash.

Been coming here for a few months now. But today the service was just spectacular. The crew took and extra 3-5 min. to hand scrup the car and really make it shine.

I have a membership and go here at least once a week. The staff is friendly, they have cleaning products and the vacuums work well.

I personally like the human touch when it comes to my car. I went through the process, and my car survived. The process isn't perfect for a machine, but all of the opportunities once you leave the tunnel are great. Value for money.

The guys that work here have been very helpful when needed (getting the app set up and scanning the code at my next visit. My car looks so nice when the car wash is finished.
