While we don’t live in the Boone, NC area, we did have an incredible experience with one of their employees. We were in line in the Starbucks drive thru in Boone and the driver “thanked us” with a $25 gift card for letting him get in line ahead of us. What a kind gesture which tells us a lot about him. Would highly recommend any company who has such thoughtful and selfless team members.

Jason his crew did an A-1 job my charger had some serious hail damage! Got car back looked brand new! Highly recommend Jason and hailstarz on a great job! Extremely happy the Michigan man Geno????

10s, 10s, 10s across the board! Jason was hands on through the entire process, kept you in the loop with the insurance company and sent pictures throughout the wait. Communication was superb! I don't write reviews for just anyone. I had to share my experience with HAILSTARZ because the word needs to get out. This is a top notch business that takes care of their customers and are experts at their craft.I have a large truck that I absolutely love. Recently, it got damaged by an unexpected hailstorm that came through. Jason took a look, gave me an on point estimate, and was spot on about the time needed to repair.The communication throughout was amazing. Jason treats his customers very well, and is upfront about everything. During the time they had my car, Jason would regularly check in with me and even provided a few pictures to show me the progress.I highly recommend Jason and his crew, and have already sent a life long friend their way. If you're looking for a business you can trust to take care of your vehicle, HAILSTARZ is the place. Quality craftsmanship with amazing customer service. I hope I don't have to come back, but I know exactly where I'm going should one of my vehicles get caught by Mother Nature again.Thanks, Jason!!

Thank goodness I went to Jason. I don't think anyone else could have taken care of me the way that he did, having insurance almost claim my car as a total loss--but Jason stood up for me and told insurance who's the man!! Insurance took forever to pay him, making my car take forever in the shop. Soon as Hailstarz started the work on my car though, it was ready within days! I had dents all over the hood, roof, truck lid, and dings on the chrome pieces of my Corolla, now my baby is back to normal--and bonus, it's clean now ! If I ever have hail damage again, I know who to call.

From start to finish, Hailstarz was a definitely a “5 star” place. Great Communication and excellent service. These guys do a top notch job - no cutting corners. My car had hail damage and looks like new. Not only is the work superior but Jason was attentive, courteous, and helpful. Thank you, Jason! I would say your service is open and aboveboard! It is one of those situations where 5 starts is just not enough. Exceptional service and communication. These people know what they are doing and they are very good at it! I am in the area for work, and my 4 week old car got hit with hail that I've not seen before. I was really worried, then a little bit of research brought Hailstarz up and I am glad it did. Just like it never happened! Can't recommend enough, thank you guys!!
