Calling this place friendly is a stretch!! Mandy Alexander, the "manager" is a pitiful excuse for a human being. She is rude, disrespectful, and has an ugly disposition in general. All I did to set her off was tell her that the door to one of the washers was broken and leaking on the floor. I was about to ask her if I could borrow a mop to clean the floor and she.verbally assaulted me. She told me I was not a nice person because I volunteered to help her. In general this a place is not very clean and a couple of the washers are out of order, additionally there is a significant amount of buildup of laundry product on the washers. The photos on this website misrepresent the business. The place does not shine and the plants ln the photos no longer exist. I spoke with the son of the owner who was nice enough but probably wont be able to make any changes. I took my wet laundry and went elsewhere to dry my blankets. I obviously will not return.

The manager, Mandy, should not be working with the public. She is hateful, disrespectful, and rude. I called to get the price and other details about some table cloths that were dropped off for me by a friend. She actually huffed a bothersome sigh by my questions and when I asked if a friend could pick up the order for me she said “ Saturday at the latest, or it will be gone” I, personally, had never used their service and thought it was a dry cleaning facility. It’s not! Mandy washes laundry by the pound and folds it. I let her know I would be giving a negative review and she said “please lady, I’ve been here for 21 years” She also let me know she’s not scared of a 4 ft woman. I’m not 4 ft but I am short. It was just another insult from Mandy. Perhaps it’s time for a new career out of the service industry?? Needless to say 1st and last time at Green Store Laundry

Had to find a new place for laundry and I could not have had a better experience! Clothes were ready in 24 hours and were perfect.

The manager was rude and had an attitude when speaking to me, she contradicted herself, and she tried to tell me I couldn't leave without picking up my laundry. The other woman that works there is absolutely wonderful! However, needless to say, we will not go back there for any reason.

The staff was amazing and the service was beyond expectation. The laundry service made me nervous since I typically do it myself, but the clothes were clean, smelled great and perfectly folded. Will absolutely be returning!

This laundry has been here since we moved to taylors 35 years ago.I'm not sure how long it's actually been here but I believe they may even still fold your clothes I think.Convenience store next door .Always stop in .. friendly staff.

Extremely rude, profane and obnoxious attendant!! I have been patronizing this laundromat for several years. I was treated like dirt today and I will NEVER step foot there again!
