I always feel really taken care of when I visit this location, and this is why I choose to come back. The employees and management are gentle and kind every time, and I am not treated differently or lesser than because I am not a man, which is an experience I’ve had at other lube and oil places. I feel respected, and the best part is I can talk and joke with everyone while waiting for my service because they are all so friendly.
Express will be honest with you if they feel they don’t have all of the tools necessary for a specific job, and they are upfront about charges. The clear communication works really well for me, and I never feel worried that they are going to take advantage of my wallet (which is good bc i’m in school lol). I’d highly recommend them without a doubt. I don’t care to write reviews normally, so if you weren’t sure about going with them, use this review as your sign to do so.

John, Kevin and Jeff are the BEST! This is by far the BEST Repair shop in the State. They are very Honest and stand behind there work 100%. I highly recommend that you get all of your auto repair work done here and you will be so glad that you did. Absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had! First time visit and now I see why my husband won't go anywhere else. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed in the car, paid from the car, and it was a quick wait. Totally impressed!

Workers made me move twice to let other people cut in front of me…. Shouldnt be punished for getting the fastest lane and then getting moved again after they told me to go to another bay

Great service. The manager is very knowledgeable. He helped us with our van and found the problem and saved use alot of money. We have been taking all of our cars there for years. They are all honest people.
