Excellent customer service. I brought my new Tesla Model Y here to get the windows tinted, front end PPF and ceramic coating. They did an excellent job. Answered all my questions about upkeep. My vehicle was in excellent hands and I'm glad I chose EPM for all of this. Highly recommended. We will be back with the next vehicle in the future!

EPM detailing is a family owned business and they do excellent work. I just moved to the area and they did window tints and ceramic coating on my 2022 Audi S4. The car looks amazing! They show great pride in their work and really value the customer experience. I was ecstatic picking up my car as we were talking about the work they did. When I went in for the ceramic coating they even proactively replaced the rear panel window tinting because they said it wasn’t up to their standard. I honestly hadn’t even noticed. That’s how you know you found the right place to do business with. Attention to detail and pride in their work. I will recommend them to anyone I come across!

Every time I go to EMP to get my car detailed they do a great job and take excellent care of me. Everyone that works there is so kind and welcoming. They tinted my windows almost two years ago and it still looks as pristine as the day they did it. Can’t say that about other places!! I won’t trust my Porsche with anyone else! EMP is the best!

Kevin and crew are top notch, very knowledgeable and extremely meticulous when it comes to vehicle care. They've done paint corrections, coatings, paint protection film, and many other services on a plethora of high end vehicles for me... including pick-up and drop-off in some cases. For a $1300 color correction, they don’t wash the interior of your car. They actually didn’t even bring it up. So I assumed for $1300, I would get a $10 interior cleaning. Which I didn’t since it didn’t even occur to ask. Since every shop I’ve ever been to in CA, CO and SC includes this standard.They were happy to try and sell me ceramic coating though.That said, They did a decent job on the color correction.But then they went and damaged the roundel on the hood of my BMW when they pressure washed the car.When I called to tell them to let them know angry ‘ol “Jeff” got super defensive that was even bringing this up and that it couldn’t have been his fault. Like i was accusing him of curbing my wheels.Then he hung up on me like a little man-child.So if you want to pay $1300 for poor communication, customer service, and a blown-out BMW emblem this is the shop for you!
