“The parking lot was packed but the store wasn't as busy as I expected. Standard Target, but the store seems a bit newer than the Woodruff Road store. And no Woodruff Road traffic!”
“I received exceptional customer service at this location! I originally came in and spoke with Alexis about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and transparent with all of the information we discussed. She took her time and explained the current promotions and what they offer if we decided to switch. There was no pressure from her and she was easy to understand with the information she gave.
I came back in at another date after my information didn't transfer everything to my new device and worked with Raymond. He was very patient and helpful with getting mine and my son's devices up and running. We were there for over an hour and not once did we feel like we were an inconvenience to him. He was incredibly kind to my son and engaged with him while he waited on the information to transfer over.
I also noticed that the other employees were welcoming and helpful with the customers as they came in. Everyone was greeted and assisted within seconds.

“As a dasher, I always appreciate stores that go out of their way to help and be Deriek (Sorry if I spelled that wrong} and Helena went out of their way on Sunday to help me make right a mistake on a customer order from another establishment. They went above and beyond to help me do right by this customer. It's employees like that that make this location really shine my hat's off to them and to the owners. “I had one of the best experiences at this particular Starbucks due to 2 of the most professional baristas, Lyric and Kindle.
