Dollar general is known for not supporting their staff. The employees who work here are very wonderful considering all the challenges they face every single day. There's not enough staff to keep up with the store, and instead of corporate helping them, they just dump more work on them. The headquarters of this company need to figure out a support system because all your workers are overworked and unpaid, and that leads to massive walk outs and strikes.
