Great service, and always an awesome experience. If you are in the construction business and buy tires a lot for equipment, their insurance program on the tires is the best. Go check them out, you won’t regret it.

I bought 2 new tires for the front of my car. I had a flat tire in the front, but both of them needed to be replaced. It took them 1.5 hours to do the job. I thought it could have been quicker.

We got a flat tire on the highway. We went to Toyota and were told they didn’t have our tire in stock, so unless it could be patched we were out of luck. We called around to see if anyone else had a tire in stock and Greer Discount Tire told us they would have it in stock this afternoon. We were stuck at the dealership for hours, but finally got it looked at and Toyota told us they unexpectedly found a tire in stock.
Before we could call the tire store, the tire store called/texted and said they had a tire for us. We let them know we wouldn’t be needing it and thanked them for their help. They sent back a petty text that they had ordered the tire for us already.
We were grateful for the service, but had no idea it required a special order on their end. Initially I was super pleased and would have highly recommended them.. but after seeing how immature their employees are I will drive on a donut right past this facility if I ever need tires in the future! I know it was an inconvenience on your end but it was not intentional on our end - and it is literally YOUR JOB. I am blown away by how unprofessionally this situation was handled.

Horrible customer service and they do not recognize the insurance you put on the tires. My tire was losing air and the person who "helped" me told me i would have to get new tire without even inspecting the tire off the vehicle. He proceeded to take pictures (while the tire was on the car) and pointed to an area he believed the tire was losing air from. I told him that was not correct and to please take the tire off to check it but he just kept saying i needed to purchase a new tire and refused to help me any further.
Wasted my time!
Update: I went to another Discount Tire location in Hendersonville,NC after leaving this store and they confirmed my suspicion. The tire was damaged due to a screw and it wasn't repairable. They replaced the tire without any issues.

Very very displeased with the service we received on our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee yesterday. Wish I could have been there to handle this situation instead of my wife. Went in for a scheduled flat repair on the front passenger tire. They replaced the front driver tire and she didn't notice until she had already left and had to bring it to your attention after the fact. When she returned they put the old tire back on the front driver then put the new tire on the front passenger that was punctured. Then when she left she notices the tire pressure for the front driver tire was at 60 psi! Vehicle spec calls for 36 psi and the max labeled on the tire itself is 44 psi... Those guys ain't fit to be working on my vehicle and I will no longer be returning to this store. Highly disappointed in today's service considering this has been my go to place. Some supervision is needed to tighten up the quality of work

Bobby and the female (never got her name) that I dealt with were great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and informative. Staff was very quick to get my car completed

I recently went to Discount tire of Taylor’s and once again was completely satisfied with their service. From my service writer Matt who was friendly, efficient, yet not pushy to Ethan the service guy who professionally took care of my service.

The service was great. Dave assisted me with getting me some good tires for my vehicle, and Ethan was the gentleman that put the tires on my vehicle. Ethan explained all I needed to know for the care of my tires. He provided such good advice and service. Thanks guys for all you do to keep people safe while on the road. Service like this makes me a loyal customer. Definitely would recommend.
