Worst CVS experience in South Carolina. At least two workers one at checkout one doing nothing. Waited 16 mins to buy a razor locked up behind supposed anti theft devices. Pushed the help button and no response. I would think customer service comes before “sorting stock”. If employees behave this way can only be the fault of management.

This pharmacy's customer service satisfaction is something to be desired. It seems like every time I send a prescription. And they don't have it. Can't tell me when they're gonna have it. And when I question them they tend to hang up on me. And there are no help. It's trying to find another store that may have the prescription. They care very little about their customers. Would not recommend this store if you want your medicine right and in a timely manner as they cannot get it done. I would rate them 0 stars if I could.

The pharmacy gave me the wrong Concentration of medication for my 1 year olds. They didn't "mix enough water" into it. Due to what they said was "human error" I was overdosing my twins for 5 days straight before I realized the texture of the liquid medication was a bit thick. I spent that day on the phone with my doctor and Poston control. 0 stars...

This CVS location has a history with employing "professional misfits". Non licened team members attempting in providing pharmaceutical intel.The pharmacy team is challenged with providing their duties in cross referencing paitent insurance, providers info, consistent pricing and being somewhat corrdgil to the customers..I have been witness to several instances at this location when conducting business.This is the South we do not disrespect special needs and older individuals. One would think that is CVS largest customer base.

I went into CVS today in Taylors SC the pharmacy is great, but as I was leaving the store I notice that the Caucasian Santa Claus in Mrs.Santa Claus was in the front of the store and the African-American black Santa Claus and was in the back of the store they need to do better...
