“I always feel really taken care of when I visit this location, and this is why I choose to come back. The employees and management are gentle and kind every time, and I am not treated differently or lesser than because I am not a man, which is an experience I’ve had at other lube and oil places. I feel respected, and the best part is I can talk and joke with everyone while waiting for my service because they are all so friendly.
Express will be honest with you if they feel they don’t have all of the tools necessary for a specific job, and they are upfront about charges. The clear communication works really well for me, and I never feel worried that they are going to take advantage of my wallet (which is good bc i’m in school lol). I’d highly recommend them without a doubt. I don’t care to write reviews normally, so if you weren’t sure about going with them, use this review as your sign to do so.”

“Definitely choose these guys if you need any body work done! I had a tight deadline for when I needed my daughter's car repairs completed. They met the deadline on the nose and would've had the car back sooner if insurance hadn't delayed us by almost a week. Mario was a pleasure to deal with. OSAO was referred to me by a friend. Very happy that he did. Brie, Scott, and Jeremy were all very helpful, patient, and provided top notch customer service. “This review is long overdue. In spring of 2019, my family took a 1500 mile road trip with Atlanta as our destination. Around the Greenville area, our 1985 VW Vanagon showed signs of radiator issues and overheating. After pulling over in downtown Greenville on Easter Sunday, we were resigned to the idea that our trip would need to be cut short. As if on cue, a family dressed in their best walked past us and our open engine bay, then turned around. They asked if we were ok, and after hearing our story, a Mr. Greg Collins asked if we could all pray over the van. This was not what we were expecting, and we solemnly agreed. After his words, he passed along the information for Charlie Mitchell, who he said would prove helpful if I could find my way to him. Greg went on his way and I called Charlie, aware that I could be disturbing a man’s Easter holiday. The next morning, Charlie called back and I was able to limp our van to his shop. Charlie was a master…he took his time addressing our problems, and I still don’t think I thanked him and his wife enough for their support and kindness.
We made it to Atlanta that trip, and enjoyed a great time in the van. My family and I still speak of Mr. Collins and of Charlie’s expert work. This is a person you can trust.”

“Mike and Jesus were great. I've been having issues with my Mini cooper and went in to get a oil leak fixed and they fixed it for me in less than 24 hours even though they are extremely busy. Jesus is extremely knowledgeable about most cars it's seems and gave me a lot of advice on how to better care for my car. Their prices also can't be beat! If I could give this place 6 out of 5 starts I would.”
